  • Seems like you have mostly hung with 10 lbs and below and still have gained that much, so that is good enough for me!

    • Yeah, the good thing is that other techniques are always available when you need them! I myself won't be trying any fulcrums for a while, just gonna hang BTC for a few months. It feels good knowing that even when I move up in weight BTC, I still have the option of going to a fulcrum and using much less weight to achieve the same stretch, or doing stuff like OTS/UTL. I really want to buy a TDP Infrared lamp and use it while hanging. I think this would be the ideal setup. Use the lamp for the first 10 minutes of each set, let it cool for the rest.

      I just want to postpone increases in force as much as possible so I can milk every little gain out of my unit.

      Said he gained 11/16" in a time period of 2-3 weeks doing heated fulcrums after being plateaued for MONTHS. He was willing to go to the extreme, and he got extreme gains.

      • ^ Wow... As for fulcrum I've told myself also not to bother with that anytime soon. Might even hang a year without touching it... Depends on how much weight I have reached.

          Yea, I've been really lucky!

            I will not do a fulcrum until I plateau for a couple of months while riding fatigue. I am not sure that It is possible to plateau when riding the fatigue!

                        A couple weeks ago or so I measured 7.5 twice. The next time I measure a 7.5 I will call it gained. So a couple weeks ago.

                              I was not getting near my BPFSL for a month, so I did another hang shock type move. btw~~this is completely stupid, but it has worked magic in the recent past.

                              20lbs @ 20 minutes

                              BPFSL @ End of Session a solid 8 inches. I waited a few minutes and measured again, 8 inches. Now I will continue riding the fatigue.
