Thank you. Danner and Booner, I just posted the massage technique in the hard flaccid thread. That is different from what I mentioned a few months ago. I used to think directly massaging the perineum would help, but I had greater success from indirect massage. More info in the HF thread.

The most important thing to do when I'm not exercising (IMO) is warming up with the hot pad. At least a couple times a day... sometimes several, if I have the time/privacy. I've got a very plump flaccid hang all day, which is good of course!
JAI stretches and kegels help a lot too.

Oh, also do you have a cord or no cord?The cord is killing me. PE on and off for 8 to 9 years and not one fraction of an inch in length have I gained. I am at wit's end, in spring 2010 I discovered that I had a 'cord', and a thick, thick cord at that. I must gain length. Somehow. Nov 2011: Indented peyrones from hanging. Feel sick.

Cord.is.Killing.Me -- Yes, I wasn't doing any jelqs at the time. Mainly just semi-erect squeezes, which I DO NOT recommend until well-conditioned. I don't know how far along you are, but please be careful if you try them. Even though I gained quite a bit from that exercise, I still believe it's too risky.
My hot pad is basically a bag of clay that you put in a cotton sleeve and microwave. Search for a brand called ThermiPaq. It's my favorite warmup method, much better than a wet cloth. Just don't heat it too much.
What do you mean by cord? Like, a thick tunica? I don't think so. Please explain.
Anyways, I've been on various newbie routines for awhile, but kept getting distracted, so I haven't made much new progress. 100 jelqs every 1-2 days seems to do it for me.On a voyage to the end of the ruler :Cool2:

I have heard it called the tunica thickening and some other terms but I know it as the cord. If I stretch my dick out on the top, in the middle starting from somewhere in my pubic bone and ending somewhere within the head is this thick piece of tissue - I measured it as about 1" or so across and I forget how deep 1/2 - 2/3" and it is tough and sinewy like my achiles tendon. So when I stretch out my dick the underbelly of my dick is still soft but the cord is taught and refuses to stretch. I have heard some guys mention they have this, most I have asked do not have this and have no idea what it is since they have no experience of it.What do you mean by cord? Like, a thick tunica? I HATE it, it takes all the tension of a stretch or hang and it seems to resist growth like a piece of steel cable would.

btw my dick is also narrower at the base but deeper at the base - the only place that my corpus spongiosum even shows really is at the base - the rest of the shaft it is flat and just dissapears within the cavernosums.The cord is killing me. Yes, that's how my dick has always been but the CS is starting to thicken up now.
