          You've made some remarkable gains, Sacc. Congrats. Keep up the good work. Each of us tends to gain more easily one way than the other. For you it's the length. Clamping, edging, and jelqing either isolated or in combination would work best for girth gains. Are you thicker toward the glans than at the base? The pic gives that impression.

            Thank you. Yes I gain length easier than girth (which is opposite of my goal, unfortunately).

            My CS is thicker at the base, the CCs are thicker near the glans... kinda odd shape, but the tape measure says I'm thickest at the base, so that's where I measure.

              Yes, planning to do each activity in a completely separate session, especially edging. I am all for long edging sessions: one half to two hours each, executed at a separate time of day from the jelqing/stretching session. I am also in favor of starting out with short sessions, slowly building up over a period of two to three months or more, to long jelqing/kegeling sessions, reserving another time of the day for the stretching workout. If this impossible because of time constraints, then I would recommend a jelqing/stretching workout, in that order, still reserving the edging session for a separate time of day.

                Well I'm on a decon break now. It's been 4 days so far, and my EQ is back to normal (perhaps better). The plan right now is at least a week off PE, but maybe longer... not sure if I'll continue with my previous routine or do something different. I'm really tired of changing routines, but I can't find one that feels right... either it's too intense or too easy. I'll probably do Gator's Progression Routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...html#post93010).

                But anyways, I wanted to take a moment to rave about Korean ginseng pills. I've been taking them twice daily for a few weeks now... this stuff is incredible! My balls and scrotum have definitely gotten larger... developing that "bull balls" look... good stuff!

                    Hey sacc , I've used cock rings before . When I would play with a pump , I'd use one to keep the plump going .

                      Two 100mg pills, one at breakfast, one at dinner. I imagine the bigger balls are a result of increased sperm and testosterone production. No negative side effects that I know of.

                      I was suggested an all-day cock ring by a friend (one with monstrous girth).                           Ring around everything. One thing I noticed: while wearing the ring, my small flaccid is considerably smaller but my large flaccid is considerably larger (if that makes sense...)

                          As long as I keep my mind stimulated throughout the day, shrinkage isn't a problem.

                              50 semi-erect squeezes -- 50% erect, each rep lasts 5 seconds. One hand gripping at the base, as close to my pubic bone as possible, and the other right below the glans.
