                I lost a good 1/2" of length during my decon break... but it's coming back. I'm confident in my theory now... that long breaks are good for girth, bad for length. Long breaks, as in more than a couple days off.

                  sacc , Great gains , dude !!!
                  I've been on break , only doing light stretches and some jai's .
                  I feel I've lost focus , and am going to redo my routine .
                  Using yours as inspiration .
                  The stretches we talked about several months ago were excellent .
                  I've been all over the place with trying everything out there exercise wise .
                  The good thing is that I've learned a lot .

                      mael: Keep working on it! I know it's tempting to change routines all the time, but I think I've wasted too much time trying to find "the perfect exercise."

                      Dirk: Squeezes and one-handed jelqs increased my glans size. A good side-effect!

                        Start 2010-02-14: 6" BPEL x 4.5" EG
                        2017-05-27: 21cm (8 1/4") BPEL x 5" EG, flaccid at 5" (same)
                        2018-05-05: 23cm (9") BPEL (can reach 9 1/4" depending on how I measure it) x 5" EG, flaccid at 5" (same)

                          I've now completed the Sizepro trial.

                          Starting stats: 8.75" BPEL x 5" EG
                          Ending stats: 9.25" BPEL x 5.625" EG

                          (I'll get some pictures on here if there's any demand)

                          Now I'll be starting a length day/girth day routine:

                          Length day:
                          Warmup
                          500 side-to-side stretches
                          Warmdown
                          20-30 minutes edging

                          Girth day:
                          Warmup
                          100 UJs
                          Warmdown
                          20-30 minutes edging

                          I'll try 2 on, 1 off for awhile. Wish me luck
