What I've learned in my previous experiences in losing motivation in fitness and in PE is that I shouldn't think of them as added activities I am required to put extra effort in finishing, but as part of my daily life and I'd be happy to accomplish them.

sacc,What do you think about assisting the stretches by gently pushing with the fingers in the same direction with the stretch?
It would seem that more gentle movement would be beneficial to help lengthen the ligs.
And what about doing a circular motion ? U,L,D,R. Just free-thinking here.

When I was doing circular stretches (cranks), I thought it was great. I really enjoyed it actually... you can feel every lig being stretched, one at a time. Go for it!
I'm not sure I understand. Pushing with your fingers... you mean with your other hand? Like, lessening the strain by using two hands instead of one?
Yes,Not to lessen the strain of doing the exercise,no strain there. Helping the stretch overall with the fingers of the other hand.

sacc, that was my feeling also. I did them for about 5 min. and what a fatigue! Didn't want to injure my friend,just get a feel for
a benefit.
Question,When stretching down and to the right, I'm feeling ,I think, my susp. lig. on top of my unit. Don't feel it on the other side.
At this time, I'll focus on it.

I measured girth today, just for kicks... Here's a bunch of numbers:
Mid-shaft: 5.5" -- I started PE with 4.5". The last half inch was gained in the past 2 months.
Extreme base: 6" -- I've never measured base girth before today, but won't actively measure it in the future... one girth measurement is enough to keep track of on my ruler.
I've lost a quarter inch in length, bringing me down to 9" even. I blame the week-long PE break...
HALF BAKED THEORY ALERT!: Extended PE breaks diminish length gains, but increase girth gains.
So I've gained approximately .75" EG and 1.25" BPEL since I started in June.
Short term goal: 9.25" BPEL - 5.75" EG
Long term goal: Using my cock as a tripod
