    Well, this is my third progress log in the past 5 years. Let's see if I can keep it up this time (no pun intended).

    I've been pumping without much of a schedule and I've really been enjoying it. Slight increase in thickness with improved EQ and more night/morning wood. However, I still have length goals that need to be achieved. Most, if not all, of my length gains were during my first 6 months of PE on the newb routine when I was 18. Time flies! I'm ready to get down and dirty in order to reach 8" BPEL and beyond. I can always worry about girth later. I only need 3/4" BPEL, which I think is achievable with a strict hanging regimen.

    I would go with manual stretching, but frankly I have just lost faith in it over the years. It's just not reliable enough for me. I come from a computer science and mathematics background. I like absolute certainty. My hands are not reliable enough at maintaining a consistent stretch for an extended period of time. If anything I'm scared that I pull way too hard. I have a mighty good grip from weightlifting.

    I've always wanted to try hanging because to me it seems like the most "scientific" method of gaining length. There is a very low amount of guesswork. Time under tension is all I have to worry about, and I will gradually increase both quantities. I also look fun to just learning about hanging in general. It's almost like a whole new world of terminology and strategies.

    Yesterday I placed an order for a Bib Starter, so I am now waiting for it to ship out. Once I receive it I'll post pictures and measurements. My lovely girlfriend of 4 years purchased it for me. She knows I do PE, of course. I've been doing it in front of her for the past few years. She thinks mine is big enough and that I need to stop exercising it so much and start fucking her more, LOL.

    Physical stats:
    • height = 5'11"
    • weight = 195 lbs, muscular
    • age = 22
    • BPEL = 6.875" (curve not included)
    • NBPEL =
    • BPFSL = 7.375"
    • FL (best case) = 5.0"
    • FL (worst case) = 3.5"

    Good choice! I've been hanging for almost six months now and do not regret it.
    PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.

      Good luck, Eow. I got myself a Bib-hanger as well couple of months back, but didn't really like it and continued to do manual, then saw more gains from it again.

      I will certainly go for hanging one day. I feel it's the last thing to do for PE if you simply can't gain anymore from manual

        Thanks guys. Just got a confirmation that my Bib Starter has indeed shipped, so hopefully I'll get it at the beginning of next week.

          Good call on the Bib Starter - it will fit your girth very well! I just recently hit 5.5" EG and my starter still fits me better than any of the other Bibs

            I thought I was best to max ligs then do manual work. Are there different schools of thought on this? Sorry I am not trying o hijack the thread.

              I'm not sure about the relationship between hanging and manual work. From reading the Bib forums I know that no matter how much lig potential you have, it's still good to just hang BTC until they are maxed out and then switch to tunica work like OTS and RSDT, while still doing one set of BTC each day in order to keep the ligs loose.

              Once I get my hanger and get a little experienced with it I would like to start posting videos and pictures to help people out. It's frustrating that there are so few video/picture resources on hanging. I have seen the MoS hanging.wmv but it would still be nice to have more that explain other things like OTS, RSDT, toe-in and toe-out, skin issues, mirror & palpation test, etc. A lot of the text tutorials are just so hard to follow.

              I have no qualms about posting videos of my dick online so I would be more than happy to make some tutorials (including things besides hanging such as manual stretching, jelqing, pumping, body positions, etc.). I think I'll wear a ski mask (like Delocated on Adult Swim, LOL) so that I don't have to stress so much about filming at a perfect angle to cut out my head. Not that it matters anyway. What are you guys gonna do, find me with face recognition and egg my house?

                Updated log with pictures. Taking these pictures made me realize how fuckin' thick my legs are. They make my dick look small. I've bulked up a bit and I need to cut just a little.

                So my turkey neck is pissing me off. Not much I can do about it though.

                  Turkey necks only count if it is there is you are hard. That being said, if you have one, you can do erect skin stretches or reverse erect jelqs to help get rid of it. I did erect skin stretches and ball stretching/skin pulls (tug of war) and mine disappeared in about one month.

                    Update: I posted a couple of photos to the Bib forums in order to get a second opinion on the LOT/mirror/palp tests and here is Bib's response:

                    Your skin exit point is medium high. You should be hanging at the lower angles for a good while. I would estimate your LOT at 9-10. Depending on height/frame, you probably have more than 2 inches of inner penis.
                    I had underestimated my exit point to be medium with 1.5-2" of inner penis, so this is good news!

                        Got the hanger attached, but I've got a lot of work to do on wrapping/attachment technique. I'll be spending the next two weeks or so fiddling with it and working out the kinks. I'll post some pics once my technique isn't totally terrible.

                          Nice, man! I hope you figure it out and like it more than I did... I only tried using it 4-5 times, then gave up. Didn't like the skin stretch feel, rarely managed to find the right wrapping and attachment technique, seriously spent 14-15 hours trying to figure it out. Gave up, packed it under my bed, and continued with manual PE (then I got gains somehow)

                          EDIT: Just saw your pics, I too got huge quads from squats, bicycling, soccer all my life. Love it.

                            Haha yeah, I really hope I can figure everything out. Spending $100 is a good incentive for me to try really hard though

                            And I do like my thick legs, sometimes I feel like they make my dick look small though, lol.
