    I think I'm getting good ligament pull from this.
    Theraband is the best wrap for slippage out there but it is very hard to wrap and I only get wrapping and attaching the hanger right once every 5 tries.
    Is it the wrapping that needs to be tight enough or the hanger that needs to be tight enough to grip internals?

    And that's weird because I've read malehanger has the same disadvantage and it only grabs skin..On the other hand Captn's Wench is not too bad on the internals I can feel the inside base being pulled down and my whole pubic area is shifted down like a slope.

      Malehanger is a spin-off of the Bib. They are very efficient at grabbing the internals so I don't know what you're talking about when you say it only grabs skin. Bib grabs internals much better than any homemade hanger you can build.

        Today I had to drop to 3.5 lbs during a portion of my last two sets. First time that has happened.

          I just read somewhere that it does. And have you tried Captn's Wench Kit? If you follow the instructions you should have a perfect for its price hanger

              Yeah I've got some stretch marks. Mine are mainly at the base, but if I look really close I've got some on my shaft, too. I actually stopped using chalk before attaching. If the hanger is gripping the internals it doesn't matter what's on the skin, really. I was afraid that chalk might dry out my skin too much and just make the stretch marks worse.

              What I do now is, after attaching the hanger, I apply grapeseed oil to all of the skin behind the hanger and then start my set. I do this for my first two sets.

                i stopped with the chalk also for the same reason. I meant to say base not shaft as well

                  WHile you are hanging, is slight pinch sharp pain feeling on your shaft ignorable? Very slight, not the pain that will make u jump, just some slight pain on the place u wrapped? Also today I've felt that my whole shaft is warm except my head which was pretty cold...is that a very bad sign?

                    I don't feel any pinching pain during my hanging sets. The only thing I feel is stretch. Sometimes when I take off my wrap after a full hanging session it hurts just a tiny bit because my under-wrap has a gauze-like texture. The attachment point can be a bit sensitive at times, but I wouldn't call it painful.

                    I don't know about the cold glans. Sometimes my dick/glans is warm, sometimes it's not.

                          Anyways, I reduced the bottom gap of my Bib tonight and it gripped the internals better than before, so I suppose I'll be keeping them there.

                            I'm not even sure if I ever touched the bottom gap, I'm kind of scared to mess with them.

                            • Lol. Well, it is generally recommended that the bottom gap be a little bigger than the top gap, so yeah, it would look similar to / \, not that exaggerated though.

                              I also have mine toed out a bit, which means the bottom nut closest to the front of the hanger is out more than the nut closest to the back. So it is kinda like this <
