at night did 5 or 6 horse squeezes lol I know I shouldn't even be doing any girth work but I miss it.No more tho.

I did a measurement yesterday that I won't count but my length in bp and nbpel both went up.I wonder if the stretching in the cold works better for me or in the heat.Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg

how long did it take you to make your girth gains? what was your typical routine for it and how often a week? sometimes when i do girth routines, i believe i over do it and then i get a lightweight turtle hard/stiff dick after. does that ever happen to you? great gains, man.

I got .4 to .5 from the jp 90 routine then after I had a serious girth routine of 30 mins to 40 mins every day except on days when my pi's looked bad.The routine consisted of=
ssj (slow squash jelqs)
horse squeezes
uli's all in order
Also yes I did turtle after my routines and I still do sometimes but I still continue the next day unless I get really bad eq or pain.I stopped all girth work because it hurt my wife to much but I am not worried because I gain girth really fast.So I can go back when ever I am ready.I think she never could adjust to my girth becuase I went up to fast.
By the way great length gains and there nbpel which is what I am going for but struggling to accomplish.Before 6.5 bpel 6.0 nbpel 4.9 meg
