    Started JP's 90 day routine on 8/18/09. bpel 6" eg 5"

    9/18/09 bpel 6 3/4" eg 5 1/8"

    10/18/09 bpel 6 13/16" eg 5 13/16"


    I had purchased andractim prior to starting the 90 day, so I used it in conjunction with my routine, for the month of September, then stopped.
    I basically did PE Mon,Tues on
    Wed off
    Thurs,Fri on
    Sat,Sun off
    My schedule changed periodically due to privacy issues, but I completed at least four days a week of exercise.

    My current routine is still based on JP's 90 day.

    15-20 min warmup(I use a microwave heat pack)
    Stretches-all directions with 25 kegals each direction 2 sets
    helicopters between each stretch
    5-10 min rewarm
    flacid bends up,down,lft,rht 30 seconds each 3 sets
    5-10 min rewarm
    15-20 min jelqing(standard and V)5-10 sec strokes. I prefer time over counting reps. (easier for me) 30%-50% erection
    15-20 min warm down (at least)
    5 second kegals x 25 (3 sets) plus what I call a progressive kegal. Hold 1 sec,release. hold two sec, release. And so on, until I reach 10.(thats 1 set)
    I read that somewhere? and I liked it.(If I can find it, I'll put a link) I do kegals throughout the day.

    I've also been trying to learn the O bend (I havent found my zone on it yet) All the info is here on the site, but I find that it takes me a little time trying ANY exercises, before I find the zone,where It just feels right!(cant really explain it, but you know it when it happens)
    I am aproaching my 90 day mark, and I would like to add pumping to my routine. I liked the bathmate idea, but I would not be able use it at the same time as my PE routine. So, I'm now looking at the LA pump??? I have no experience with pumping, and I'll be searching the site for info.
    I have had outstanding gains so far, and I credit my gains to the PEGYM!

    (Edit I had a measuring brain fart when I started this log and my initial girth measurments were incorrect. I was using a homemade strap instead of a taylors tape and I was getting inconsistent measurements I estimate my starting girth to be around 4 7/8"- 5"

    I tried edging after my routine. I used a lighter routine, and added the edging this time. Made it about 15 mins b/4 I came. My penis looked alot more tuckered out afterwards, and I had to fight turtling later on. I took a extra day off, and will do my normal workout later today. I'm still not sure if the flacid bends are benefiting me yet. They seem to be a light workout. Maybe I should consentrate on learning the O bend? Still searching for the right pump!

      Only managed 3 days of PE last week, and this week is not looking good either. I slammed my middle finger in the door of my truck this weekend, OOUCH!! On top of that I managed to drive a nail into the palm of the same hand, while working the next day! Looks like I'll be giving the one hand jelq a try! I'm going to switch from flacid bends, to light ulis this week, and give it a try. Instead of looking at pumps, I'll be looking for a lucky rabbits foot.

            Got all 4 days in this week. added light uli in place of flacid bends. Also edged/ballooned, at the end of 2 workout days. Very good EQ, and a noticable engorgement difference.

              Hit the 90 day mark last Wednesday the 18th. Got in 3 days pe aswell. Gonna continue with uli's and try O bends again. Increased my strech reps to 30, with kegals and helicopters. Got a kick in the ass!! I bought a fabric measure tape to replace my homemade rig, and found out that my old measurer was 1/8" off (to the bad)!!! So my accurate measurment eg is 5" (not 5 1/8") That was a blow to my ego! Either way though, I gained in girth, just set me back a little. Good news is, during two of my edging sessions, I hit just over 7" bpel. But it returns to normal... FOR NOW! Still considering a pump to add to my routine, just can't make up my mind.

                Took a week off of PE over Thanksgiving. Started back Monday, and wow! Did my normal routine, but afterwards my rig was completly tuckered out. I had to fight turtling the rest of the day. I also got some red dots, but they went away with my warm down. It felt like I was starting over? I edged twice this week and both times I managed to top the 7" bpel...On my way I also added omega 3 to my suppliments.

                  The Holidays have completly screwed up my schedule. I've only managed 1-2 days of PE per week, for the last few weeks. However I try to bed fowfer, than do some light streches at night. I hope this schedule wont effect my gains to bad. I plan on using my second tube of andractim after new years. I paid for it, so what the hell. Merry Christmas, and happy new year.

                    Still trying to get back on track. Libido has been low, but EQ has been good. Still doing light uli's. V jelqs are fast becoming my favorite exercise.

                      Still on my same routine. 3-4 days a week (when possible).Since I have been doing the uli's and squeezes, I've noticed a better EQ. I have some very minor soreness in my shaft, but my flacid hang and plumpness are better than normal. Still procrastinating over the pump. Reading up about clamping aswell.

                          Doing good Harcore. I've been really busy of late, and I havent had much time to post. Glad to see you are on track I recently upgraded my routine some. I tried hanging for the first time, and I've added to the intensity of my routine. Hanging will take some time to get used too. I started at 2.5 pounds, but it doesnt seem to be very intense. I havent measured in a while. The last couple times I did, I havent seen any noticable gains. Hence the hanging. I'll try to post more, and stay in touch.

                            not seen you on in a while keep me updated with the hanging, are you hanging down or over a bar? low lot high lot? im getting there hopfully get the same gains as you within the 3 months on the right path anyway still no negitive pi`s from the start really and kept consistant so heres hoping

                              I'm hanging down. I have just started trying hanging, so Its still kind of awkward. Im starting with 2.5 pounds and did 2 sets of 12 minutes. To be honest, 2.5 pounds seems light. I get a much more intense stretch by hand. After the hanging I did 1 set of manual stretches just for the hell of it. I then did 3 sets of light uli's and then the jelqing. I've been really focusing my jelqing. I try to do a 5-10 second jelqs. I make sure to get at least 20 minutes of jelqing in each routine. Hanging takes more time than normal, so I'll see how it goes. I've also stayed on JP's recomended suppliments, but I quit taking the Maca. OOhh and lots of green tea, I've became addicted to it(with honey)
