Started JP's 90 day routine on 8/18/09. bpel 6" eg 5"
9/18/09 bpel 6 3/4" eg 5 1/8"
10/18/09 bpel 6 13/16" eg 5 13/16"
I had purchased andractim prior to starting the 90 day, so I used it in conjunction with my routine, for the month of September, then stopped.
I basically did PE Mon,Tues on
Wed off
Thurs,Fri on
Sat,Sun off
My schedule changed periodically due to privacy issues, but I completed at least four days a week of exercise.
My current routine is still based on JP's 90 day.
15-20 min warmup(I use a microwave heat pack)
Stretches-all directions with 25 kegals each direction 2 sets
helicopters between each stretch
5-10 min rewarm
flacid bends up,down,lft,rht 30 seconds each 3 sets
5-10 min rewarm
15-20 min jelqing(standard and V)5-10 sec strokes. I prefer time over counting reps. (easier for me) 30%-50% erection
15-20 min warm down (at least)
5 second kegals x 25 (3 sets) plus what I call a progressive kegal. Hold 1 sec,release. hold two sec, release. And so on, until I reach 10.(thats 1 set)
I read that somewhere? and I liked it.(If I can find it, I'll put a link) I do kegals throughout the day.

I've also been trying to learn the O bend (I havent found my zone on it yet) All the info is here on the site, but I find that it takes me a little time trying ANY exercises, before I find the zone,where It just feels right!(cant really explain it, but you know it when it happens)
I am aproaching my 90 day mark, and I would like to add pumping to my routine. I liked the bathmate idea, but I would not be able use it at the same time as my PE routine. So, I'm now looking at the LA pump??? I have no experience with pumping, and I'll be searching the site for info.
I have had outstanding gains so far, and I credit my gains to the PEGYM!

I had a measuring brain fart when I started this log and my initial girth measurments were incorrect. I was using a homemade strap instead of a taylors tape and I was getting inconsistent measurements
I estimate my starting girth to be around 4 7/8"- 5"
