10 mins warm up (heating pad/silicone ring)
10 mins stretch (60 sec/direction, circles, helis, bundled)
5 mins jelq (3 sec/jelq)
Tried Namso's warm-up method this time. I must say, I'm impressed at the difference. The silicone ring (just so happened to have one laying around
) seemed to keep the heat trapped, and the heating pad gave consistent heat. In effect, it was hotter, quicker. Got in a good workout, though plump was not as prominent as I like.
Wife said the other night I was trying to "jump out of my shorts" (her words) while sleeping. Said it was rock hard and flexing. Subconscious midnight kegels, lol?

Still stunned by this great EQ reaction, I wonder if it will result in some gains? And if not, I'll adjust.
. She told me I had "all night wood" again. Next two days are rest days, and measure time. I'm curious to see what effect this new revelation has.
