    10 mins warm up (
    heating pad/silicone ring)
    10 mins stretch (60 sec/direction, circles, helis, bundled)
    5 mins jelq (3 sec/jelq)

    Tried Namso's warm-up method this time. I must say, I'm impressed at the difference. The silicone ring (just so happened to have one laying around) seemed to keep the heat trapped, and the heating pad gave consistent heat. In effect, it was hotter, quicker. Got in a good workout, though plump was not as prominent as I like.

    Wife said the other night I was trying to "jump out of my shorts" (her words) while sleeping. Said it was rock hard and flexing. Subconscious midnight kegels, lol?

      Rest Day

      Crazy busy weekend. Couldn't squeeze in a workout , probably too tired to get in a good one anyway. A rest day isn't going to kill me anyhow.

      Wife tells me that I had the throbbing steel again. Said I kept waking up, probably because I had it for hours. She seemed...impressed? Still stunned by this great EQ reaction, I wonder if it will result in some gains? And if not, I'll adjust.

        10 mins stretch (60 sec/direction, circles, helis, bundled)
        5 mins jelq (3 sec/jelq)
        3 Ulis (15 sec)

        Good workout this time. Stretches felt good, nice hang afterwards, and lots of NW again. Even threw in a few ulis at the end. Wife got a show again.

        I think I've decided that at 7.5 I'm going to switch to a girth focused routine. Maybe I'll get lucky and hit it by the end of the Halfway Challenge, and then I'll have different goals for the next one.

          Nice to hear about the super-powered EQ you're having. Boners of Steel (tm)! I didn't realize your starting stats were so close to mine, reading about your gains is inspiring. Keep going!

          ..also, great avatar you have there - I'll have to show it to my girl, she has a bit of a Harley Quinn fetish!

            I certainly will keep going, and thanks for the motivation. I hope you will do the same. It's all about not giving up, and staying positive.

              3 Ulis (15 sec)

              Great workout. Really felt the stretches. Used diagonal stretches instead this time (LD, RD, LU, RU). I'm going to have to alternate more often, it works different areas. Good, solid jelqing. Kept the ulis. Hang was great afterwards. If I can get it like that all the time....yeah buddy!

              Wife got a show again, she's so spoiled . She told me I had "all night wood" again. Next two days are rest days, and measure time. I'm curious to see what effect this new revelation has.

              Only place to go is forwards! Keep on workin'.

                  Rest days.

                  Measured on evening of first day, and mid day of second to confirm. Hard work pays off.

                  Me and the elusive girth are going to have a serious sit down soon.

                    OK, so I missed my workout last night. That's all right, I received something much more rewarding. Even though my power went out for hours, I'm still feeling pretty damn good today.

                            Back to work!! Good workout, felt great. Shifted slightly towards girth, since my length is coming along nicely. Even though the reduced time had great EQ benefits, I decided to up my time slightly, and throw in L4M's method of Uli's (10 mins. total w/ ulis). Added a 15 sec. Uli every 2 mins of jelqing. Noticed a few tiny red dots, but nothing major. Might tone it down to every 3 mins., just to be safe. Trying to dial in that happy medium. Great expansion, but not real great plump immediately afterwards. Definitely gave the lad a workout. Wife indicated N.W. again, so it had a positive effect for sure.

                              Got in a good one. Left out the ulis, as I will do them every other workout. Jelqed for the solid eight (yeah, double meaning there). Good hang immediately afterwards, but didn't last as long as I would like. NW and MW.

                                Due to timing issues, had to do a rushed one, and dry. Surprisingly, a decent workout. At least I got one in. Those uli's are no joke.
