    Normal workout. Still good, no negative after effects from clamping.

      Clamping post workout definitely has a super-uli effect. Major expansion, even with moderate clamping force. May need to tighten a click or two, as I started to lose erection in the last couple minutes. One step at a time....

        I really need to make an effort to keep up on my log! I can't preach, if I don't practice!

        Good workout. Nice plump and serious N.W. Definitely on the right track with the clamping.

                  Another good one. Nice plump afterwards, clamping probably helped that. Wood at night, steel in the morning!

                    Rest Days


                    Though they were technically scheduled rest days that I wanted to skip as "make up days", but life happens and I had to use them anyway.

                    It was this time last year that I took a 5 month break, because things got too hectic. I must realize this and make a focused effort to push through.

                    It will be a test of my own dedication, and I will not falter! Challenge accepted!

                      Good workout, had some help from the wife, who got her show in return. Nice, slow effective jelqs, and good clamp afterwards. Though I had started to lose the erection at the last minute, but I think the cold weather has an effect with that. Must make adjustments to avoid this, maybe a warm rice sock wrap to stay heated.

                        Might be time to step up the jelq count. While it still has a good effect, I think my body is telling me it could use a little more. I will proceed slowly, so I don't over-do it with the clamping.

                            Regular work out, decent hang afterwards.

                            The real impressive result came later at bedtime. A raging N.W. that was almost uncomfortable. I don't know if it was from the expansion "tenderness", or the high EQ level, but it was intense. Guess that means I'm on the right track .
