Taking KP's advice.. took tonight off. Taking tomorrow off.
Edged earlier today... going to edge tomorrow and take tomorrow night off...
then i plan on going Saturday.. Sunday OFF.. Monday FULL... Tues JUST STRETCH... WED/THURS/FRI full... Sat Stretch.. Sun off
and restart my program
Mon/Wed/Fri - FULL
Tues / Sat - HALF (stretch + 100 jelqs)
Thurs / Sun OFF

after taking 2 days off... just PE'd in full.
light stretching tomorrow and back to full routine on monday.
I measured post PE.
got a 6.6" immediate post stretch/jelq/stretch
I notice when I am at an EQ of ~5-6 and I'm doing a straight out stretch I'm thicker and fuller... measuring around 6.8... 7". I hope this becomes a perm NBPEL soon... i'll have to wait till my bpfsl hits 8" first tho most likely. that'll probably take a good 5-7 months. heh or more.
oh well.. new long term goal is 8" x 5.4"
short term goal is still 6.5" x 5.1"
I'm almost at my short term goal.
NEXT ST goal is 7" x 5.1"

I don't want to jinx it, but fortunately and thanks to a lot of advice from kingpole, JP, etc, etc.. i've been seeing consistent and nice gains.
I kind of jumped into a more intermediate routine, but I guess that's been fine since I'm an already trained athlete. Don't know how many of you are in the same physical shape, but I know there are a lot of 'fit' guys here...
if I'm allowed, I'll post my routine and call it the Bananaboat11 Intermediates Routine (w/out supps or devices)
i basically PE in FULL 3 nights a week... Mon, Wed, Fri...
full routine is;
10 min warmup hot wrap
10 second heli's
3 x 25 second sec stretches Up, Down, Left, right Out (Resistance - I have an 'OK' grip around base of shaft and pull against stretch too & after each set of U,D,L,R,O I do a 60 second out after shaking it out first)
1 x 45 second A stretch
1 x 45 second V Stretch
3 x 20 second res. stretches as above
250-300 Wet Jelqs (@ 3-4 EQ) + 25-50 (depending how good I feel) wet jelqs @ 9 EQ.
5 minutes of res. stretches (depending how I feel each hold can last from 15 seconds to 25 seconds. I'll do some quick hand squeezes during my 3 x 60 second out resistance stretches. I'll then do two SHORT uli's w/ one stretch UP, one stretch DOWN.
10 second heli's
10 min hot wrap warmdown OR 15 minute hot shower w/ light stretches (random) and heli's
I take Sun & Thurs off
Tues & Saturday I do HALF PE sessions... basically EVERYTHING minus the A & V stretch and only 100 jelqs (wet)
no supplements. I eat well.. I work out regularly. no devices.

by the way.. i cheated again with measuring... post PE I saw a 6.55-6.6" NBPEL b/c of the fullness due to jelqing + stretching. I think I already posted this above. my BPEL is up by .05", which is cool.. but I want to hit 7.1" BPEL in another 1-2 months hopefully... once I hit 6.5" NBPEL I'll be happy(ier) and eventually 7 x 5"
I am noticing I'm having an EASIER Time gaining length than girth. WTF?!

I was going to say, you should be quite happy with them gains so far. .1" in each is something to be very happy about, let alone almost an inch shorter and whatever less thick. You'll get there eventually.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG

Ive read some page of your log and I think If you want Maximize your gain you need to Warm up 15-20 min at least and Warmdown no less than 10 min
try this :P
