    If you are just beginning... I'd just do 10 second heli's then 10 second stretches up, down, left, right & out for ONE set. then heat for your warmdown for 10-15 mins and you're good.

    1/08/10 - UPDATE

    Did same routine, except did 200 Wet Jelqs (since I added 150 randomly one night w/ my STR night)...

    I JUST finished edging... did not ejac. I'm feeling bigger.. don't know if it's girth or length.. but I won't measure till the END of Jan... haven't set a date yet.

              An update for 1/09/10

              did a 10 min warmup wrap
              stretching in all directions for 20 seconds.
              rock climber stretch hold for 60 seconds
              heli's (20 seconds)

              repeat

              simple.. easy... fast.

              warm down with a 10 min shower

              did a quick edging session. did not finish. feeling good =)

                And THIS ladies & gentlemen is what we call obsession...

                I couldn't help it. I gave in. I measured.



                After a light stretching session preceeded by a 10 min warm up & a followed w/ a 10-15 min warm down... did 10-15 of edging...

                6.2" NBPEL
                6.65" BPEL

                I know these are NOT cemented gains... but I love this feeling. I must control my emotions, thoughts, and consistency. I do not want to break what is working for me. But I thought that this may prove to be motivation for ANYONE out there... consistency, dedication, peace of mind, and positive thoughts. I bet when I do an official check @ the end of the month on a NON-PE day.. I'll be VERY, VERY close to those numbers posted...

                Good luck to EVERYONE who is putting forth the effort and has a positive outlook with a healthy mindset.

                  I'm 7 days in right now :P with 2 days on and 1 day off. I'm seeing a bigger flacid and almost no more turtleing ! I'm having a good hang for 2 days now, but I think i'll measure after 1 month.

                    today was 100% off. have done nothing. no measuring either... LOL

                    tonight I may do 100 kegels and 100 bed fowfers before i go to sleep

                            For whoever is following along... did a full session.. although post-PE I edged for 10 mins.. I feel 'smaller' =/

                              Ok.. can't believe I'm admitting to this... but I'm going to be running another ph cycle (prohormone)... I'm curious as to how the endogenous precursor (19nor-test) will affect my LH + FSH surge thereby affecting androgenic effects via test ~> DHT @ the AR... and potential gains? Would it amplify the gains? =/

                              I do not know, but we will find out heh... hope I don't go back to 5.5/5.6" =/
