If you are just beginning... I'd just do 10 second heli's then 10 second stretches up, down, left, right & out for ONE set. then heat for your warmdown for 10-15 mins and you're good.

1/08/10 - UPDATE
Did same routine, except did 200 Wet Jelqs (since I added 150 randomly one night w/ my STR night)...
I JUST finished edging... did not ejac. I'm feeling bigger.. don't know if it's girth or length.. but I won't measure till the END of Jan... haven't set a date yet.
