      • As I wrote in a earlier post I'm going to join the 2015 Make Your Dick Bigger Challenge.

        Here is my measurement and goal:

        Current:
        BPEL: 7,4
        MEG: 5,5


        3 Month Goal:
        BPEL: +0,2 (7,6)
        MEG: +0,125 (5,6)


        6 Mont Goal:
        BPEL: +0,2 (7,8)
        MEG: +0,125 (5,75)


        1 Year Goal:
        BPEL: +0,8 (8,2)
        MEG: +0,5 (6)

        I'm still sick (flu) but getting better and better. I also had a very big blister last week after a to intense jelq and pumping session and it's not healed so I have to wait until I can do any PE. But I really looking forward to start when I'm healed. The challenge is so inspiring.

        • Summary of my 8 months in the PE business.
          These 8 months have been a learning process and unfortunately I have had to many injuries. The last and worst is still healing (Blood blister from a jelq and pumping session with too much force). For 2015 I have to avoid this to gain. When I summary my 8 months I have been forced to rest 2 months because of injuries!!! And that´s just stupid. What I can say is that I have used to much force to fast and that's the reason for my injuries. I really need to be more careful and pay attention so I don't repeat the mistakes again. So, less force is the keyword here.


          With that said it's time to do things right. 2015 shall be the year of Scandinavia, I shall gain.


          My goal for 2015 is in the post above and I think I can reach them if I do it right. I know 0,8 inches in one year is a lot but I think this 8 months of PE I have learned me a lot and I have ”only” gained 0,375 inches in length during that time. What I mean is if I do things right this time I think it’s possible to reach my goal, 0,8 inch in length and 0,5 inch in girth. Time will tell but something to reach for isn’t bad and 2015 Make Your Dick Bigger Challenge is also going to inspire I hope.


          I hope I’m healed to 1 of January so I can start doing PE again.

          • A new year is coming.


            First quarter 2015
            So, to have a chance to reach my goal for 2015 and avoid injuries I decide to start with JP90, the excellent beginner routine. I will also start wearing phallosan again and pumping. When it comes to pumping I will start with 2x5 minutes with very low pressure. I will then work my self up to 3x5 minutes and stay there for the first three months. I’m aiming for 8 hours a day of wearing phallosan. I will start with 4 hours the first week, then 6 hours the second week and work my self up to 8 hours in the third or forth week.


            But, I’m still not completely recovered from my injury two weeks ago when I got this big bad blood blister on my glans. But I think I can start already at this weekend with some very light stretching. I will try with a very light grip to do the stretching from JP90 and I will use very little force. I guess it will take 7-10 more days to be completely healed and then I will put in the other exercises according to what I wrote above.


            No more injuries!
            Now, enough talking about that. I hope that I can put this behind me now and focus on the exercises and making my dick bigger. This was the last time.

                • Good news. I’m completely healed.


                  It feels really good and as I have been writing earlier during this time I will now do all I can to avoid injuries. The last two months I have only been able to do PE for 2,5 weeks. But that's behind me now. I’m just so glad to be back again. I will start monday with JP90.


                  This evening and tomorrow I will f**k like hell with my new woman. The injury hindered me from having sex. Of course I did pleasured her but she want to do things with me too. Oh, life is good now.

                    • So finally I’m back in the PE business again and it was a good session.


                      I did JP90* and pumping for 10 minutes. I was very careful with my grip and didn't use to much force when I did the exercises in JP90. After that I pumped for 10 minutes with very low pressure. When it comes to pumping, that and jelqing was what caused my last injury so I will do the same routine for a while before I use more force/pressure.


                      My plan is to work up to 20-30 minutes of pumping 6 days a week and to do JP90* 5 days a week. I will not do any other exercises the first quarter of this year.


                      *I’m doing the stretch straight out and up 2 times, including the circle stretch. I know what has been written about LOT but I do this 2 extra set anyway (my LOT is 6.00).


                      What I did today was that I took a few minutes after the stretching before I did jelqing and then a few minutes again before I started to pump. I also pumped flaccid and will do for a while. Then when I increase time I will start to pump erect too.


                      After all, a good start for 2015 and many more good days to come.

                            I suggest you start with short 3hg sets the first week, and add a few minutes each week .
                            If you get too many red spots or too much edema, back off.

                              Yepp, love pumping. I'm a newbie at pumping but I have seen the positive effect of it when I pumped before I got injured. Now I'm going to move slowly forward and as you suggest add a couple off minutes every week.


                              I have a Bathmate so I can’t see/measure in hg, but there is centimeter (inches) and I go by that and are very careful now to not press/pump to much. I did another PE-session today, exactly as yesterday and no edema or red spots from the pumping.

                              Pumping flaccid 10 minutes


                              I will try to do some edging from now. I did 15 minutes yesterday without cuming.

                              • So nice when it works like it should.


                                Yesterday I did 2 edging sessions. The first was 20 minutes without ejeculation. The second one was +20 minutes and this time I ejeculated. And this morning I did 15 minutes of edging (no cuming).


                                The edging and my routine seems to work really good, my penis is fuller and I think this combination is a winner. I know it's only 3 days of PE after my injury but it feels really good so why not enjoy it.


                                I will try to edge 4-5 times a week for at least 15 minutes. But I will not ejeculate every time only when it's necessary and I go over 20 minutes. I mean I don’t mind but I will save most of the cuming to when I’m with my woman.
