First I want to say that I have tried penis enlargement earlier in life with no success (just temporary gains) and I understand why after hanging around at Pegym for a while. I did it wrong.
So three months ago I started to do things the right way. This time I now how to do things correctly and I now that I will se results, I just have to be patient and be aware of my PI. And of course continuing to read and learn from the members here att Pegym.
My goals are a healthy bigger penis whit 10 of 10 erection.
When it comes to goals for length and girth I have short term goals and also a long term goal. I will put them in later.
My penis exercises:
Phallosan and JP90. I also have recently started to very carefully stretch/jelg my sack. I read a lot about it here att Pegym and I hope that in time I will have a decent hang. It takes about 5 minutes and I don’t do it every workout day.
This is what I have done so far:
Phallosan for 85 days.
JP90 for 59 days.
Light stretch/jelg my sack for 2 weeks
My workout is 2 days on 1 day off with JP90 and wearing Phallosan for 6-10 hours. Most of the time it’s 8 hours on the day I’m doing JP90 and 6 hours on the ”off-days”.
I will updating this journal on a daily basis (today is an off-day).
