      Hope you stay well, Scandinavia -

      I went back to see if you had said what pressure you were pumping at and I couldn't seem to find it. Hope I didn't miss the obvious but I was just going to say that I've kept my pumping below 4hg and that seems to really work for staving off edema.

        I have a Bathmate and there is no manual pump to regulate the hg. I'm pumping the Bathmate by pushing/pumping it against my pubic and using the inches/cm on the BM to see how far my penis is pumped in. The first session went well but I probably got a little carried away yesterday and pumped a little too much. I will be more careful tomorrow.

            I did miss the obvious, sorry.

            I use a Bathmate in workouts at times too and I have found that by "pulsing" the hydro-pump before I increase pressure, I reduce edema build-up. Basically, rather than just going for a certain depth on the bellows and staying there or pushing farther through the set, I will start with moderate pressure, then use the valve to release a little of the pressure before I push farther on the bellows to the point that I want. I do the pressure/release/pressure in brief duration intervals to condition myself as I go up in pressure.

            It seems to work for me - just a thought.

                Lately, my erection quality has been worse than it usually is. And it's something I do not like.
                The last straw was this morning when normal erection quality is higher than in the evening, but this morning it was hard to get up to 8.5 out of 10 and it was even down to the type 7!! I tend to be at 9-9.5 in all cases without any problems.


                So I started to thinking about my routine and things that I noticed from time to time when it comes to my PE and PI. It seems like I get the best flaccid hang when I just use phallosan and doing manual stretching. I also seems to have a better erection quality and even a good feeling in my unit when I wear phallosan and doing manual stretching but don't do any other PE.


                It seems a little strange and I like jelqing. But right now I will just do stretching and wear phallosan until my erection quality is back and I will start edging again. Haven't done that in a long time. I Will do that 2-3 times a week.


                I will stick to this and hope to get my erection quality back to what it used to be or even better.

                  My EQ was better this morning. I hope it will back like in the good old days soon. The edging this morning was a fiasco, I'm going to forget that and do it better later on this week.


                  Yesterdays PE:
                  Stretching in the morning:
                  10 minutes of stretches in all directions
                  20 minutes of bundled stretches in all directions


                  phallosan for 10 hours


                  Stretching in the evening:
                  10 minutes of stretches in all directions


                  Today is a tricky day but I will probably get 8-9 hours with phallosan and doing manual stretching before I go to bed.

                    I did some edging today and it was better than yesterday. Did it for 18 minutes and the erection quality was ok. There is still improvement to be made both in the edging and with my EQ. But I'm on the right track.


                    No manual stretching today but I have used phallosan for 10,5 hours.


                    Yesterday was one of the better manual stretching days I have had with 20 minutes of stretches in all directions and 20 minutes of bundled stretches in all directions. It was 40 minutes of hardcore PE.


                    Been wearing phallosan in totally 1720 hours.

                      I wrote this in KITM.s log about wearing phallosan:
                      About phallosan, I think like you that I need to put in a lots of hours every day. I really regret that I started to take 1-2 rest days every week from phallosan for a couple off months ago. It seems that I have even lost a little in length because of that (it could be bad EQ too).


                      10 days ago I started to wear phallosan every dag again. I’m +1700 hours and will continuing but I'm not going to take any rest days from it now. I'm doing at least 9 hours a day now but would like to do lots more but it is difficult because of work and other stuff to wear it always.


                      I think I'm going to order a Stealth that I can wear all the time when I'm not wearing phallosan. I think that it will help a little, at least it is better than just let the dick swingin around in the pants without any traction.

                        My last week have been really good. To just use phallosan and doing manual stretching seems to be the right amount of PE for me right now. My penis feels better and the flaccid hang is a little better. Haven't had time to do any edging and see if my EQ has become better but I'm sure it has. I'm going to find that out at the evening or tomorrow.


                        I have been using phallosan every day now in the last 12 days, even that seems to have been the right decision. Manual PE has been 2 on 1 off.


                        My manual stretching routine this last week have been.
                        20 minutes of stretches in all directions
                        20 minutes of bundled stretches in all directions


                        Every stretch is for 45 seconds, then I take a new grip, switches direction and so for 15 seconds. I do this routine in total of 40 minutes.


                        Ok my friends, it is friday morning in Stockholm and I have just finished my coffee and going to hit the shower and then away to work. Have a nice day and take care of each other.

                          Last week and my routine
                          Last week was a busy one and this week will be that too. But I have taken myself time to do my manual PE and been wearing phallosan every day. I’m aiming for +10 hours a day with phallosan and 2 on and 1 off with manual PE. In the last 14 days I have had 10 hours or more with phallosan everyday except one when I could only get 9 but I think this is what I need to get some gains. I also believe It is probably time to increase the tension just a little on phallosan. I think I will do that later this week.


                          Jelqing
                          I will add a little jelqing to my manual routine from tomorrow. I will keep doing my stretching for 40 minutes during the day and then do 10-15 minutes of jelqing in the evening.


                          Today is a rest day from manual PE but I wear phallosan and will get 10-11 hours today.

                            Penis workout
                            My days are busy now but I got 2 hours ”over” so I did my manual stretching. I had been wearing phallosan 5,5 hours before and I will get another 5 hours now. I will also do 15 minutes of jelqing in the evening.


                            Erection quality
                            Good news is that my EQ is better again. Must have been something in my body that made my erection that bad. I have never had this problem before but I had problems with allergy and lots of stress last month so I think that was the reason. Anyway, don’t want to have this problem again.

                              Todays PE:
                              This morning I did 20 minutes of stretches in all directions, I was planning to do 20 minutes of bundled stretches right after that but my penis wasn’t up for more. I couldn’t get a good grip so I took a late lunch at home instead between two meetings and did them which worked excellent.


                              I will do 15 minutes of jelqing before I go to bed.


                              Today I will wear phallosan for 12 hours. It’s hard to get so many hours but I didn't go to the gym this morning so I got some extra time there. Normally I can get 10-11 hours. 12 hours is also a little hard because the last hours is very often a little inconvenience/painful at the foam ring.


                              Numbers of hours with phallosan: 1813 with today's hours.

                                Yesterday was a rest day from manual PE. Today I have done 2 sessions of 20 minutes stretching. I like to split my stretching up in two sessions to get the most out of it. After 20 minutes it is hard to get a good grip and my penis have had it for the moment. To use phallosan between the session seems to be a winner and the other session that I do 4 to 10 hours later is with bundled stretches.


                                This is how my routine looks like:
                                Morning: 20 minutes of stretching in all directions.
                                Using phallosan 4-10 hours.
                                Daytime or evening: 20 minutes of bundled stretching in all directions.
                                Using phallosan for 0-6 hours.
                                Before bedtime: 15 minutes of jelqing.


                                Usually I do 2 on 1 off with manual PE and phallosan every day.


                                This last week has been really good for my EQ, I get a better stiffy lots of times now and I feel more aroused than just two weeks ago.
