I have a short break from PE now to let my unit rest a little extra. I will start again on saturday (after 5 days rest).
A summary of my last 7 weeks. I started out very carefully and slowly added force and minutes to the jelqing. Most weeks I have been jelqing 4 times (read earlier post about my jelqing).
For the last 5 weeks I have also been doing BigO.s LAS (read earlier post about my version of LAS). At the most I did 1 hour and 45 minutes a day but I will keep it at 1 hour a day when I start over again on Saturday. I'm doing LAS every day.
Last Sunday when I did my last session I added some manual stretching. I will add them to my routine when I start over on Saturday.
I will make a new post with my whole routine this weekend.
