      Workout tuesday:
      Yesterday I did stretching in the morning and stretching and jelqing and squeezing in the evening.


      Workout wednesday:
      Today I did 30 minutes of stretching in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening. No jelqing and squeezing today.


      Warm up and down:
      About my warm up and down. I never skip that part. I use a heat pad for 10-20 minutes. To ”save” time, I do other things when I warming-up/down. For example, I often train cardio or strength training in the morning. Right after my workout I’m going home and put the heat pad wrapped in a towel in my underwear to warm-up my penis and then fixing a healthy post workout drink and let my unit get warm at the same time. Another thing to do when warm-up is of course to spend time here at PEGym.


      Back on it again tomorrow.

        Today I added 10 minutes of stretching on my routine. But I took squeezes out of my routine at the same time so I don't overtrain. I think the manual stretching is really working for me and like to try and see how it works with so much stretching I do now.


        My routine today was:
        Stretching in the morning:
        Stretching in all directions 10 min
        Bundled stretching 10 minutes
        A-stretches 10 minutes.


        Stretching and jelqing in the evening:
        Stretching in all directions 10 min
        Bundled stretching 10 minutes
        Wet-jelq 100 reps
        V-jelq 60 reps
        One handed jelq 100 reps


        Totally 50 minutes of manual stretching today. I would like to point out that I’m very carefully and don’t use more force than I can handle and I always starts out with a little lower tension on the first stretches for all stretching exercises.


        One thing I have noticed since I started to do the stretching in the morning and then use phallosan for 9 hours and then doing manual PE again is that my unit looks a little longer in flaccid state. I know it is early after just a week to say but I think this is the right way to do PE for me right now.

        Back on it again tomorrow, and then resting for the weekend.

          I felt completely down this morning with a headache and a weakness in the body. Even my flaccid unit looked smaller. So I will rest from PE workout today.

              So three days without no PE… Ok, I shouldn’t worry about it, maybe it was just good for my unit to rest. Anyway, feeling better today and I’m back on track with my PE again.


              From this week I’m not going to do 5 on and 2 off. It will be 5 days spread during the week because of my work and private things that I have to schedule around.


              This morning I did 20 minutes of stretching. I will do the rest of my manual PE later during the day. I will aim for 9 hours during daytime with phallosan on my PE-days. I will also try to wear phallosan at some nights. I hope it will work but it is not always easy to wear it when you sleeping.

                It has been a good PE-day today. Stretching, jelqing and squeezing and I have also been using phallosan in 9 hours.


                After the squeezes and jelqing I did ”edge” for a few minutes, I just wanted to see how big my unit was and it looks good. It seems that the squeezes make it even bigger (erection) right after the workout.


                Next session tomorrow.

                Edit: It is actually 5 months today since I started to do penis enlargement. I'm just a rookie.

                  Kind of busy days but I have done my PE.


                  Today and yesterday I have done this routine:


                  Morning: stretching 20 minutes
                  Early afternoon: stretching 20 minutes
                  Evening: Squeezes and jelqing


                  Phallosan use since april 15: Totally 1605 hours


                  Tomorrow will probably be a resting day from all PE because of work and private things and I think I need it after these two days of hard PE.


                  A good thing was that I used phallosan for 9 hours during daytime yesterday and then 7 hours at night. As I have been writing before I will only use phallosan at night if it goes without any problems.

                    After reading what JonPop wrote in another thread about sleeping in/with devices I will stop using phallosan during night. He is right, safety first and I only got one penis.

                      I have been taking one extra rest day and will get back to PE tomorrow (I hope) because of dry skin and peeling on my glans. Yesterday it didn't look good at all but it heals fast and it is almost gone now.


                      Besides from the setback with dry skin I think my PE goes very well. I haven’t seen any gains lately but I have been trying out exercises and finding out how I will do my routine the rest of the year. This last weeks have been very good for me in a learning process and I also think that I have been more aware of the things in PE that helps you to make gains.

                        I have been trying and learning now for 5 months and thanks to PEGym I have avoiding serious injury and other mistakes. A few bruises and peeling skin is the worst I had and I hope that it will stay that way.


                        For the next three months I will stick to this routine:


                        Morning:
                        Stretches in all directions: 10 minutes
                        Bundled stretches: 10 minutes


                        Morning or afternoon or evening:
                        A-stretches: 10 minutes
                        Stretches in all directions: 10 minutes


                        Evening:
                        Jelqing for 20 minutes and pumping for 20 minutes (4x5)


                        Pumping is new to me, I bought a Bathmate a year ago but I never used it. It was before I started to do PE in april this year. Anyway, I will start to use it in my routine. I have been reading here at PEGym about pumping and I’m glad for that so I can avoid to use it wrong.


                        Yesterday was the first time I used my BM and it was more of a learning session and I thought it was kind of easy. I did put in my penis erect (like 90%) and I didn’t get much edema which was something I wanted to avoid. I’m glad it worked like it supposed to and I didn’t pump like a maniac, just did enough to get some pressure and I will learn more on the road about how much I should pump.


                        I think it is best to be careful and safe. I’m not pumping for 20 minutes already. I will get there in a week or so. Did 10 minutes yesterday (2x5).


                        I will also use phallosan for 7-11 hours and I will break up my phallosan hours with some of my manual stretching when I have the opportunity.

                          Just a phallosan day today.


                          PE-workout sunday to tuesday:
                          Morning:
                          Stretches in all directions: 10 minutes
                          Bundled stretches: 10 minutes


                          phallosan for 4-7 hours


                          Daytime/afternoon:
                          A-stretches: 10 minutes
                          Stretches in all directions: 10 minutes


                          phallosan for 4-5 hours


                          Evening:
                          Jelqing downwards with one hand 20 minutes
                          Pumping 4x5 min


                          I feel that a rest day from manual PE and pumping today is needed. It’s a pretty hard routine and I feel it a lot in my ligament if I pull my penis downwards.


                          But as I wrote I'm using phallosan today.

                            Rest day and phallosan
                            Yesterday was a rest day but I used phallosan. I’m going to use phallosan for 6-7 days a week and I aiming for 10 hours most days. I will continue to give phallosan a chance but I have put in 1669 hours and I haven’t seen much of gain from this device. But I’m not complaining, maybe it all comes the next three months with my new routine.


                            Pumping
                            I will cut down the pumping to 3x5 minutes. I understand that edema is bad when you pump and I noticed that the last 5 minutes cause edema (not much but not little either…), so better to just do 3x5. I probably got a little edema already in the first 3 set but it’s not much, it’s the 4:th set that makes most edema.


                            For me pumping is something I have added because I think it could help me to gain and it is just one part of my PE. I jelq before the pumping and I think that’s the reason I haven’t got any red dots or bruises or anything like that from the pumping.


                            What I find out was that if I let the BM hang down it seems to stretch (tunica?) a little, it feels that way and I will continue to do that. I also tried to pull the pump up a little in one set and that also seems to make a stretch. As you already know I’m no expert on pumping but I’m sure it will benefit something to my PE.

                            Todays PE:
                            Morning:
                            Stretches in all directions: 10 minutes
                            Bundled stretches: 10 minutes
                            A-stretches: 10 minutes
                            Stretches in all directions: 10 minutes


                            phallosan: aiming for 10 hours today


                            I will do this later at the evening:
                            Jelqing downwards with one hand 20 minutes
                            Pumping 3x5 min

                              I decided to stop do the A-stretch from today. From the next session I will only do stretches in all directions and bundled stretches, I will still do 4x10 minutes. The reason is that I don't feel comfortable with these stretches. It feels like something is about to slide (slip angle) or something. I’m always very careful and starting out with low tension and increasing in every stretch but I noticed a couple of times when I did A-stretches that it doesn't feel like it should.


                              Today I did 30 minutes stretching in the morning. Then 10 minutes in the evening before 20 minutes of jelqing and 15 minutes (3x5) of pumping. I also have been using phallosan for 10,5 hours today. Total hours in phallosan so far is: 1680.


                              Maybe I will rest tomorrow from manual PE. This routine is very powerful and my ligs are really feeling the stretching. This week so far I have been doing manual PE: mon, tues, thurs and friday. So one more manual session this week but I'm deciding tomorrow if it will be then or on sunday. I have been using phallosan every day this week and will probably use it both on saturday and sunday.

                                Woke up with fever and a headache this morning.
                                Annoying, but I feel better already (early evening). Just hoping that I will be ok tomorrow. Have been resting from manual PE and pumping today but are using phallosan.


                                Pumping
                                I’m going to cut down one more set for 5 minutes on the pumping. That is because I got edema and the donut effect after my last pumping session yesterday. So I will do 2 sets of 5 minutes with low pressure. I noticed that it is very easy to overdo the pumping even with very low pressure. My unit is conditioned for lots of PE exercises, but not for pumping. So I needed to take one step back there.
