-Good session, no negative signs.
-Feel ready to to add weight.
-Edged for 20mins and didn't come after.
-Tugged on my flaccid and felt some soreness (no pain) in suspensory ligaments.
-Didn't feel as much of an intense pull/stretch on ligs as I have with lighter weight.
-Glans were a bit more puffy than usual. Could of been hanger attachment or too much blood in glans.
-Felt intense stretch/pull during 1st set, the intensity of the stretch lessened on the 2nd and was even less intense on the 3rd.
-Added swings to help bring more fatigue and more intensity.
-Still notice the sign of tender soreness in suspensory ligs whenever I pull down on my flaccid. (sign of deformation)
7min warmup
2x16mins/1set for 6mins (5lbs/SD position)
5min warm down
-Edged for 20mins (did not come after) early morning before bed.
-Could barely stand the discomfort during the first 6mins of 1st set. Had to stop but discomfort lessened after restarting.
*Start doing a warmup hanging set for 5mins tomorrow (use a lighter weight).
-Didn't feel as much of a pull on my ligs but could only notice a forced-tug on my glans. Which is where the discomfort was.
-On the last set I only could hang for 6 out of 16mins, because of the discomfort.
-At the end of workout I saw stretch marks under the skin at mid-shaft.
-Felt a good pull/stretch, no unusual discomfort like yesterday.
-Got a little horny while hanging, that's good I guess.
-Decided to decrease my hanging weight to 3.75, since 5lbs felt uncomfortable.
-Morning wood wasn't as hard and longer lasting than usual but I managed to have wood.
*Try to make sure I squeeze blood out of glans before hanging.
-Edged for 35mins this morning (didn't blow after)
-Edged for 15mins before warmup and stayed hard during MOST of warmup.
-Must of had some blood in my glans because I felt a little discomfort mainly in my glans. (No, it must be my wrapping and hanger attachment point but note, that my SS wrap is wearing down-losing the flutty thickness.)
-The last set wasn't that uncomfortable but I did attach the hanger close the bottom (base) of my wrap.
-For a second I thought about not working out today but had too tell myself "NO"! A clear lesson: try to stay in the middle lane, if you want to keep PE'ing long term. ->Aim for neutral PI's.
-Overall good session, no negative signs or feelings.
