      02/05/2015 - Day 27 - 2nd day on, 2 or three to go.

      Did not feel any pain today (with regard to the little bleeding yesterday). Did the whole workout on mediumintensity.

      During the stretching I implemented something like a reverse kegel. This lets you feel the stretches much better as I experienced.

        @ the log: Very thoroughly written text ! I appreciate every word of it, especially because it completely mirrors my soul and experiences. Also my ex went through violance in her past (her mother and others in her past were gruesome people as she told me.

        And you figured out the way they manipulate us: punish/reward...the longer the relationship is the less reward there would be and the more we would be punished. But instead of ending that whole mess, we would just keep on struggling to be eventually rewarded again. Simple mindfucksystem.

          03/05/2015 - Day 28 - 3rd day on

          Had a nice workout, with increased intensity again. BUT I always have an eye on my glans and the foreskin, since I still fear another bleeding. But I do not feel any pain, also had gmorningwood, so I guess that was not so drastic.

          I decided to put on my ADS directly after getting up, so even though I start my workout later, I will already wear the ADS. WHY? Because I figured out that my penis tends to turtle a little in the morning (coffee-caffeine, morning toilet,poo - strong kegels there )- in order to prvent that morningturtling, I will wear that ADS from right the beginnning of each day.

          Also I decided to do my pelvic floor balance training only BEFORE my workout, because I read about a theory which says that kegels pull the ligs inside the body and therewith could possibly hinder length gains. So I do about 100 kegels and about 50 reverse kegels before the workout plus those that are already implemented in the JP 90 routine.

          ALSO I tried to do a slight reverse kegel throughout my whole workout. I want my ligs to be as loose as possible whilst workout.

            04/05/2015 - Day 29 - 4th day on in a row

            Really good workout today, felt the intensity of the stretches much more due to the relaxed pc muscle. I focus on that a lot.

            Only negative point for today is that I had to do somes troking between the jelgs (first set of hundreds was interrupted after 50 jelqs, EQ reduced from 8 to 4 during the 50 jelqs - good set)
            Then I had to interrupt after 30 jeqls in average. I guess this is due to the fapping yesterday. The urge was to strong, will not fap the next days.

            So tomorrow is going to be the last workout of this cycle. I will have to offdays with 16 hours ADS in total. The rest will just be "hang loose"

              05/05/2015 - Day 30 - 5th day on in a row

              usual workout, nothing special to report today

              06/05/2015 - Day 31 -6th day on in a row

              I decided to add a sixth day on, because I had two low intensity workout at the beginning of this cycle, due to that little bleeding.

              Therefore I will have three wonderful restdays, with medium intensity ADS and one day completely off from PE, not even my ligature ADS.

                07/05/2015 - Day 32 - 1st day off - sex (muuuuch better than edging )
                08/05/2015 - Day 33 - 2nd day off - edging (approximately two hours, no ejaculation)
                09/05/2015 - Day 34 - 3rd day off - probably sex, NO edging

                I will start the next cycle tomorrow, maybe only four intensive workouts followed by two off days, we will see.

                  10/05/2015 - Day 35 - low intensity workout, little bleeding, I guess I am using too much intensity. I decided to restart with a light worjkout after my restadyas since the bleedings happened after the restdays.

                  Also I decided to put the focus on the stretching part (more intensity) . Light jelqing but hterefore without stopping (which is then easier, since my dick stays hard, if treated with low pressure jelqs)

                    11/05/2015 - Day 36 - 2nd day on

                    DECISION TODAY:

                    I will gradually increase the intensity of my workouts thorugh the week. I will start off with a very light routine and then go up to a medium intensity workout and finish the week aith a heavy duty workout.

                    I put the focus on the stretching part and do very light stretches (theory that hard jelqing right after stretcehs makes the ligs harder and thus hinders length gains)



                    From now on MORE PELVIC FLOOR WORKOUT (150 kegels and 70 reverse kegels before the workout)

                    AFTER the workout ONLY REVERSE KEGELS.


                    ligature ADS wrapped in a light way (when it hurts it can hinder gains and TISSUE DIES)

                    Pretty inspiring today

                      12/05/2015 - Day 37 - 3rd day on, increased the intensity to medium

                      13/05/2015 - Day 38 - 3th day on, increased intensity to high

                      14/05/2015 - Day 39 - 5th day on, increased intensity to heavy - duty (but loss of grip , due to decreased bloodflow - workout was at night before going to bed) - ended the workout cycle with 2 hours of edging instead of warming - down - REWARD - SYSTEM - wore the ADS BEFORE the workout today

                      15/05/2015 - Day 40 - NO active PE, just supplements, no ejaculation, no porn, no edging BUT ligature wrapping - 1st of two days off

                      16/05/2015 - Day 41 - NO active PE, ligature wrapping no ejaculation, no porn, ligature wrapping with breaks, a bit of edging


                      DECISION TODAY:

                      The measuring will take place at the END of the routine and it will contain:

                      BPFSL, BPFL, EG:base.midshaft,head AND the most important to me: BPEL

                        17/05/2015 - Day 42 - still no morning wood, lack of sleep yesterday, flaccid was smaller (all negative PI`s) - I take another day off.

                        After the JP 90 I will check for further gains. If I only will have gained slightly I will change my off day pattern to 2 on 1 off. I do it this way because 90 days are needed in order to check whether one method works or not.

                          20/05/2015 - Day 45 - 3rd day on (medium intensity) - light achiness in the glans

                            22/05/2015 - Day 47 - day off, due to lack of time
                            23/05/2015 - Day 48 - Day on again (I would say 5th day in a row not counting that day off yesterday) - Session in the bathtub, great warming of tissues all the time
                            24/05/2015 - Day 49 - good morning wood, full flaccid all the time, good PIs - another day on - Bathtub session again
                            25/05/2015 - Day 50 - monitoring my PIs right now, morning wood not as full as yesterday, this will probably be the first day off, one to follow

                            -Day 50 was another day on, since my flaccid felt fuller and also I am having great EQ whilst jelqing in the current sessions.

                            DECISION - warming up and down in the shower from now on -
                            better than the towel method, due to constant heating without breaks for rewarming the towel

                              26/05/2015 - Day 51 - 1st Day off

                              did kegels before sleeping (read it in another thread, had enormous morning wood!) - wore the ligature wrapping with medium tension for 4 hours

                              27/05/2015 - Day 52 - 2nd day off - ligature wrapping for 5 hours, a lot of arginine today for increased blood flow, a bit of edging due to increased urge to fap (but I don`t because I figured it helps healing, also my EQ is out of this world today)



                              NOTE: I should only measure when at least no fappimng for two weeks, as well as no edging for that time (guarantees 100 % EQ)

                                28/05/2015 - Day 53 - 1st day on - low intensity training
                                29/05/2015 - Day 54 - 2nd day on - medium intensity training
                                30/05/2015 - Day 55 - 3rd day on - high intensity training
                                31/05/2015 - Day 56 - 4th day on - Heavy duty training
                                01/06/2015 - Day 57 - 5th day on - Heavy duty training (but grip during stretches was not as good as yesterday) - sex that night before, low EQ - should stop fapping before dates, always results inlow EQ

                                I wore my ADS all of these days - I put it off after 4 hours and give my member some gentle edging in order to ensure blood flow, which is necessary for healing
