      Hi,

      my report from Day 6 of my JP 90 journey:

      So I had the best workout since the beginning of my routine.

      I attribute this performance to the fact that I begin to get used to the routine plus my EQ boost due to the AP90 and the Nofap challenge.

      Really guys, I felt an amazing EQ, I was able to hold the erections for almost all the time hrough the jelqs! I also edged for about an hour before my workout.


      I guess the Cialis should already be vanished in my body, so I consider my AP 90 plus Nofap to be the EQ booster for me.


      Also I will start off using the supplements JP writes about in his thread.

      Ah and by the way my whole workout including warm up and warm down took me about 80 minutes today.

          Alright this is day 7 and I have to say that I do not want to bother you guys with my daily postings here but I find it great to use this thread as an authentic diary, which could later on probably be useful to other guys.

          Also I appreciate the sense of a community as it is unbelievably supportive to surround with people like you, because you follow the same target, because a lot of you came here for same reasons, because a lot of you have wise words for me.

          Just wanted to make this clear

          Alright so my workout is done for today, it went good.

          Today I started using the recommended supplements plus Zinc.

            Hey folks,

            I will combine day 8 and 9 in this post.

            Alright so yesterday (day 8) I had a succesful workout (my unit felt pumped after the jelqs).

            I try to put a special intensity into the warm up, as my member feels really stretchy right after that.

            Today, on day 9, I would say that I faced a negative PI: EQ varied too much through the jelqes ( I consider the mental state as a major issue when it comes to PE - meaning less concentration and focus, less EQ, etc.)

            So after this first negative PI, if you can actually call it one (had a great mroning wood -> positive PI)

            I will go into the two following rest days.

            Would you recommend to wear the ADS on the rest days as well? It is a ligature wrapping ADS, I can vary between tight and loose wrapping, meaning more or less stretching.

              Dude, you are not bugging us with your posts. We love posts. Plus this is a great tool for you. I would add the date to each post if I were you. Who knows you might be looking back through these in a few years.
              There is a large school of thought that you should heal in an extended state. So use of your ADS is probably an ok idea. Keep close eye on your PIs and follow accordingly.

                    13/04/2015 - Day 10

                    Hey brothers, just wanted to let you know, I have the first of my two days off today. I wear my ADS plus I took the supplements.


                    I actually feel the urge to edge. Would you consider this contraproductive for healing?. Should I let my hands completely off my unit today ?

                      Hello friends,

                      Today I had the second rest day. I made two decisions today:

                      - NO EDGING

                      - Also no gym workout (I usually go the gym for fitness 5 times a week)

                      I decided it would be best to let my whole body rest on the two restdays, since my cock is just a part of it and my nervous system needs to rest as well. So the best way to let my nervous system and my body rest is to have PE restdays and gym restdays at the same time.

                      So I am looking forward to the next 5 on days, since I can not longer wait to edge again (I combine my JP 90 routine wiht nofap and noporn)

                        Hey,

                        Today I did not get a good grip whilst my stretches, I do not really know why, I have actually just gone thorugh my restdays. Maybe I should edge less ?

                        Well but in general it still was good workout, especially the jelqs were great.

                        Do you actually know the Tunica smooth muscle theory ? well for sure you do, but with regard to it I should put the focus on jelqs in order to close up to my BPFSL.

                          Looking good in here Dude, well done!

                          Good choice on the full body rest. Works wonders for the body, and mind.

                          Could have just been an off day for stretches. It happens. If it becomes an issue, try a bit of talc (baby powder), or a dry washcloth. Both increase friction and help maintain grip.

                          Keep at it, doing great!

                            Thanks a lot workin 4 it,

                            but I would rather say that what caused the lack of grip, was a lack of blood in myflaccid. Usually I have a great bloodflow in my flaccid, which enables me to stretch firmly. But today my flaccid was 100 % flaccid and I had no do some pleasurable strokes in order to get it to let me say about 10 % erect (flaccid with good bloodflow) .

                            But though there was no turtling or other negative PI.

                            Well, I will keep an eye on that and report on it tomorrow.

                              16/04/2015 - Day 13

                              Had a long and intense workout today with focus on the stretching part, had an AWESOME GRIP today. I did the whole stretching part in a hot shower. Try that people, your tissue becomes so stretchy !!

                              Only the jelqing went a bit problematic because I fapped yesterday (in order to not relapse . AP 90 is still going for me)

                              Whenever I fapped the next day my EQ is lower than usually.

                              Also I made a decision today: I will eventually go for a 3/4 on and 1 or 2 off pattern. I fear overtraining a bit.

                              So that is it for today. I just wrapped my ADS on medium extension and am done with PE for today. Well my ADS does its job now.

                                Today I am proud of myself: Even though I was busy the whole day, I dedicated two hours of time to PE before going to bed.

                                I think about taking one day off tomorrow in order avoid overtraining.
