    Sorry club I underwent a slight break from PE to reassess my goals. I don't know how my foreskin compares to others, I've never looked or played with another man's dink. But yes by the end of my jelq my skin pulls probably half way over my glans. BUT to combat it whenever I feel like I'm stretching the skin I pull the skin down towards my pubis with my free hand while jelqing with the other.
    Also thank you. I must admit I thought I'd be done with PE by now but I've had some hiccups and stupid mistakes. Don't overtrain! READ YOUR PI's!

      I've been doing 10 minutes basic stretching left, right, down and 10 minutes jelqing 3-1 and have had great EQ, flaccid hang, easy to achieve erections. Going to try moving on to 5-2 and see what that gets me.

        BPEL 7 9/16" - 7 3/4" Depending on EQ I'm thinking. Will be trying to confirm for next few days.
        BPFSL 7 15/16"
        BEG 6"
        MSEG 5.5"

        Although my base girth is bigger than my mid shaft my mid shaft is wider, where my CS is much larger on my base.

        Will continue doing stretching / jelqing 5 on 2 off now that I'm achieving what I want. Just starting my supplementing now that I've finished testing my routine and am where I want to be.

          Been having great EQ whenever I'm not stressed out. Tonight was some of the best it's ever been which was a real surprise because I was almost a dead worm on yesterday's workout. Excited for March to come and see if I should move on to more strenuous exercises to continue growing. I was hoping to not hit 8" but it seems like that's where I'm going to end up before I get my 6" MEG. Maybe I'll try chasing a 6 1/4" BEG while I'm at it. And unfortunately my cockring is much too big it will not sit on my base without constant readjustment and does not trap blood in my flaccid state. But the size below is much too small for my erect state. Damnit

            Had a huge abnormally thick erection on my rest day.. It turned into not being a rest day because I played with it so much, didn't actually measure it though. It's back to normal size now though me thinks; I must have came the gains out of it, damn.

              BPEL - 7 11/16" - 7 3/4" BPFSL - 7 15/16" BPFL - 6 1/2" Girth stayed the same.
              Going to change my routine to base Jelq - Free routine. Tonight I will be doing 5 minutes of 180^o bundled stretches for 30s holds, 150-200 S-S's,10-20 squeezes followed by 20 minutes of edging.
              My plan is to get girth. I am hoping that the bundled stretches will guide my penis to more girth through squeezes. While I'm at it I've re-evaluated my goal of 7 1/2" BPEL to 8 1/4". Since I already over shot my goal I might as well try for a new one, plus I can still fit more length into the current girl. Hopefully this stays true for all of them.

                PI's are all positive. Been doing 200 S-S,20 squeezes, 20 minutes edge and the bundles. Fowfers whenever I'm sitting for long periods and cockring at all times. 1 on 1 off.

                  Last night I did 5 min bundled stretches l,r,d, 25 squeezes, 250 s-s and edged for 25 minutes then came. PI's: turtled for around 1 1/2 hours. After some light stretching and fowfering I was hanging well. Morning wood. Hard EQ. Hanging well into the next day.
                  Going to try ^ tomorrow without the ejaculation and see if I can skip the turtling right after workout.

                        I've been back at it for a while. Now doing:
                        360^o bundled stretches 30s holds for 7 minutes overall, down, straight out, up
                        35 squeezes
                        400 side to sides
                        20 minutes edging
                        PI's have been great EQ, great flaccid hang the next day, easy to achieve erection if I'm aroused.

                          It's the first again my dear diary.

                          I've been doing 15 minute warmups ever since I hurt myself traction wrapping.
                          See post above for what routine I've been doing.
                          So I've had to take I think 4 or 5 days off from PE this week. I was over-working my body between work, working out, and PE and my body told me that so I was going to stop until I was getting better. Then I got sick from my girlfriend, a common cold, which led to mecontracting the flu; for one day . But today I picked back up and did the warm-up, 360^o bundled stretches for 7 mins, 35 squeezes, 400 s-s, and 20 minute edging. While edging I noticed that my penis was not as big as it was before I became ill, I felt thicker I thought, and am hoping that I can re-gain that. Admittedly I was not 100% today and my EQ was not 100% by any means while measuring. So I will wait until I feel 100% to try again maybe in four days or so; this also gives me time to do a couple workouts to try and reclaim quick gains that I believe to have lost. For now:
                          BPEL: 7 3/4"
                          MEG: 5 1/2"
                          BPFSL: 8 1/8"

                          I am still hoping that girth will come to me. 8" BPEL is looking like it will arrive before my girth. When I started I had never intended on achieving 8" BPEL.

                          Made some great gains this month, fuck-a-illness.

                            I'm still at 7 3/4" BPEL + ?/16ths.. Whatever.. depends how hard I press. MEG still 5.5", whippie. This is too time consuming for me to get 0.3" a year and no girth at all. I've been doing 10 minutes bundled stretches, 12 Horse 440 30s, 750 s-s stretches and edging 10-20 minutes 1on-1off. I thought I knew more about PE than to be stuck gaining like a molasses. Oh well, time to quit.
