2x Rice Sock Warm Up
2x 20 minute SD Hang @ 10 lbs
2x 5 minute Restore jelq
2x 5 minute warm down
2x 10 minute Pump Low pressure
Positive PIs from pumping: Increased sensitivity in the glans which makes everything feel better now. Like a lot better. Have a feeling this will cure the issue I have with not being able to get off as frequently.
