    The aim of this thread is:


    1) Accountability. I want to keep weightlifting and tackle PE regularly while abstaining from porn and auto-climaxing. I feel these 4 things are all intertwined (for me).

    2) Growth in either: a) Length or b) Head size width

    Why? In short, (no pun intended) I was born with a "log penis." In effect, it is just about as big in circumference as it is long. In fact, unless I am fully erect, it most definitely is bigger around than it is long. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT. I have never received a complaint from the ladies (except on girth hurting) and I am appreciative of what nature gave me.

    That said, you can't really tell how long it is due to the width. When I pull it flaccid and measure it looks great. Erect? Well, that's a horse of different color. So I'd like to contrast this with being "longer." Or, if nothing else, having more of a "mushroom head" to contrast against the shaft. While I'd prefer the former, I would most definitely settle for the latter.

    100 Session Goal: Short-term if I achieve anything near a solid 1/4" in length or 1/4" width gain in head size after 100 sessions, I'll keep going. If so, I'll determine "head size" goals from there.

    Midterm Goal: 1/2" length

    Long Term Goal: When I can look in the mirror and it looks even "borderline-proportionate."


    How? Various hand stretching for length. Approx. 20 Minute Sessions capped off with seated "under the leg" stretches @ 20 Minutes/ per leg for a total of 1 hour of stretching. As far as "the head" goes, this is separate. I will only jelq mid-shaft and downward from there to focus on the head, while also performing stretches and massage to the head itself.

    Frequency: To be determined. I'm going to attempt a 5-on-2-off (on the weekends) type play with an extended break of at least extra day after each 20 sessions. Safety first though. "Plan B" would be a 2-on-1-off approach. We'll see.

    Starting Stats:

    -Head length: 1 14/16"
    -Head width: 2 1/16"
    -BPFSL: 7 9/16"
    -BPEL: 7 5/16"

    (For the record: Base Girth 7 1/16th" and tapers down to 6 3/4" mid-shaft. Not keeping track of this though as I'm not going to try for any gains here.)

    Next Measurement Date: Approx. Late August/Early September 2015. I'm accounting for some "extended rest days" I'm sure that will be needed intermittently.

      And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

      Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.



      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

        3/100 Complete.

        Weekend "rest period" to follow. As far as planning for next week, going to do lig-stretches 5 days a week but mid-shaft jelqing and "head stretching" M.W.F. next week as my gut is telling me after yesterday's session to ease into the "head work."

        Also, after jelqing with extra-virgin olive oil yesterday, I was compelled to do an overnight soak in a zip-lock bag lying on my side with just enough O.O. to coat the lining of the inside of the bag. Massaged it into my ligs before sleep as well.

        Today's elasticity was excellent and will add the O.O. sleep bag to my routine.

          When I hit session 100 I didn't reach the goals you've set for yourself so mileage will vary. However, there were two performers in the 2015 challenge that made astonishing gains in three months time so I wish you the best of luck! Remember: PE is not a sprint, it is a marathon.

              If you are primarily looking for length gains, I would think adding an ADS device of some sort would be important. Just my 2 cents

                4/100 Complete.

                Proud to say after an awesome Cuban on Saturday followed by my favorite sun-grown on Sunday, I am ending my relationship with cigars & pipe. I recently got out of a 6 year relationship and I want to be as healthy as possible in 2-3 months when I start another one. I routinely give up cigars, alcohol & caffeine every year for the month of January, but this time I think its best to keep cigars to "weddings, holidays & special occasions." I have enlisted a friend who is committed to quit caffeine to keep me accountable on a daily basis.

                For the record, each January it's always been easiest to give up the coffee and alcohol- so I'm posting it now to keep myself even more accountable.


                Otherwise, no changes except I've adopted "Stan's Stretching Journal" type approach to things by breaking stretching sessions up 5 minute spurts throughout the day.

                On a final note, from what I've read, the natural things like "feeling heavier" and "hanging more" flaccid have definitely occurred. Also, i'm loving the sensation of the O.O. bag when I wake up in the morning. It feels like I have a different penis altogether.

                  EQ went stratospheric today. Didn't know it till' it happened, but I had evidently forgotten what a 10/10 erection meant.


                  I have also asked myself to make a true "line-in-the-sand" as far as a long term goal, as open ended goals don't get achieved the way well defined one's do. That said, my gut tells me when I can at least have a penis that isn't in the same "length bracket" inch-wise as "width", then I'd feel much better about it. So anything over the 8" mark will get me there. So, let's call it 3/4'' is the goal in gains.

                    6/100 Complete.

                    Didn't do the O.O. bag last night and it showed up today. Much less "elastic" feeling during stretches. Will be throwing on the O.O. bag again.

                        8/100 Complete.

                        Better yet- I quit porn before I started this. It's been 26+ days porn free ( I lost count, somewhere right at the beginning of April). Longest I can surely say I've gone in 5+ years.

                        5 days no cigars/coffee either- only green tea. Stayed on top of all weightlifting/exercise for the month of April. Feels good!

                        I will note that "flaccid & stretched" things look thinner at the base now, however i'm not complaining a bit. I am curious though if "stretching only" thins the penis out at all.

                        Question: If you're reading this and you know the effects on width when you only do PE stretches, please let me know? (i.e. Is it true you can permanently lose width? If so, are the effects marginal?)

                          Thanks for the input! I am going to go at things manual until I stop gaining- will keep an ADS device in mind when that day comes.

                            A lighter session today- I wasn't thinking and forgot my O.O. bag last night. Easier to remember after you've already done PE for the day so will have to get in the swing of remember on Sundays.

                              10/100 Complete.

                              Happy to report over the weekend I was woken up twice early A.M. with "ragers," took a mental note and pleasantly went back to sleep. I didn't realize I wasn't having regular morning erections but they are definitely back.

                              I was indifferent going into PE about flaccid length as I'd become accustomed to being a "grower not a shower," but now that this has improved I'm not complaining. I've been watching it lately and it consistently fluctuates now between 5" and 5 1/2." Big time difference for me.

                              Elasticity has been fantastic. 10% down, 90% more to go till' measuring time!
