    Month 2 Day 4. W

    Routine.

    Warm up
    5x 2min stretch LURDS. First set was a pain due to getting erected again.... the other 4 i remained flaccid.
    20 min LAS
    Shower warm up
    100 jelqs down
    50 jelqs straight
    Shower Warm Down

    I can feel my sus lig. Its not a pain, just a notice of it getting worked pretty hard now that i have started to jelq
    PI's of this morning were okish. Morning wood wasn't amazing, but at least it was there.
    Probably taking a day off tommorow since I think i will need it maybe even 2. But then again i might not have time in the weekend to do any PE.... Soz

    I will probably do these jelqs everytime i'm under the shower. Basicly 1 day on 1 day off. And some extra's when i have to take an extra shower. Like today >.> 30 degrees...

      Routine.

      100 jelqs down
      50 jelqs straight
      edging... porn 1x release on 2nd.
      warm down

      After jelqing in could really feel my erection being harder...

      Measured my BPEL. 6.5" (16.5cm)

      Found a way to do it. Still annoying due to the upward curve.... i will add this to my latest measurements.
      As far as i can remember it was only slightly over 6" when i started PE but with all respect i wont take this one to serious untill my re-measurement

        PS: What an amazing hang i got today. Biggest one i ha e seen so far. Between 4.5 and 5". These jelqs really pay off, i'm glad i can stay at a 50% erect state now. Due to the stretching routine of last month i learned the difference of PE and masturbating.

          Sounds like your EQ is improving. That's a real benefit from PE.

            Month 2 day 8.

            Last week my gf was complaining about her pc muscle...
            I told her the girl i had sex with @ the SwingClub was way tighter than she was. But that it would not matter since she had 3 kids. (1x twins).

              Month 2 day 9. M

              Took another restday on day 8. Didnt really have the time for it. And my PI's were not all that great. Today i woke up with morning wood so positive and i will continue my PE for the upcomming days and take rest in the weekend.

              Routine.

              100 downwars wet jelqs
              50 straight wet jelqs.

                Month 2 Day 10. Tu

                Woke up with morning wood. Flaccid hang troughout the day so far is good. Can feel my sus lig a bit. The resting days did me good

                I'm in love with stretching now xD, I bought myself some ear extenders to get tunnels.

                Weight progress week 28: 85 round.
                Said i didnt eat enough last weekend so a small setback after this weekend.
                Finnaly he temperature is back to normal conditions... so i can go to the gym again.

                  Month 2 day 11. W

                  Did not work out yesterday...

                  Found myself a good ruler to measure with. So i measured BPEL.
                  It turned out better than expected. I hit 6.9 i think, but after measuring properly i got out on a 6.7. Also measured the old way and got the same result. So difference in ruller is 0.

                  His might be the growth from the 2 resting days i had.
                  I will update my stats at the end of the month though. Who knows what more i can gain

                  I also read more about jelqing, gonna go for 300 strokes (150reps) in one go, to get a better breakdown and rebuilt of tissue.

                  Workout later today.

                    Didnt work out yesterday.

                    Todays workout.

                    Warmup
                    5x2 min stretch LURDS random heliswings when needed.
                    600 side to side stretch.
                    Wet jelqs 150 in a row. (For better breakdown of tissue) i could really feel these.
                    Tried "The Squeeze" damn intense. Did these 3 times for about 10 seconds.
                    Warm down.

                    Edged later that night for about an hour.
                    top of the CC's felt worn out. And now i got some edema ( dont know how to spell it, and cba to look it up ) underneath my glans.

                    I woke up with morning wood today. Kindoff unexpected as i really wasnt sure it would appear after this workout.

                    Tonight i go clubbin, so no workout.

                            What a shitty week this has been. I hooe to get at least 1 workout in today. Since i have only been able to workout twice this week....

                              Warmup.

                              reheated. 5 min
                              20 min downward jelqing with babyoil.
                              warm down.

                              I can feel my suspensory ligament a bit, but only when i am sitting. Woke up with morning wood.

                              Still need to work a bit on the jelqing as i feel like i am not pushing much blood to the tips of the CC's ( underneath the glans). When erect i can feel that they are a bit pointy so maybe its in my imagination that no blood is going there.
                              Besides the erect squeeze I was wondering if there is any other exersise for making the glans bigger.

                              Need to put the squeezes into the routine. Maybe as the first exersise to make the glans a bit numb so it is less likely for my penis to go erect when i start stretching. Haven't figured it out yet

                                Went out to the cinema. Came home kindoff late, but i still wanted to do some PE.

                                Warm up.
                                10x "THE SQUEEZE"
                                around 200 side-to-side stretches.
                                Edged for 20 min with release.

                                Ran out of babypowder. So thats why i went offtrack with my routine.

                                Month 2 day 18. We

                                No PE, my girl was interested in my penis So no stretches for me...
                                Noticed i am getting deeper into the vjj. I used to top the cervix from time to time. Now i can feel it better than ever b4. Only in certain positions though.
