4x2min stretch LURDS random heliswings.
20 min las.
side to side stretches. Didnt really count, close to 500 i think.
10x "The Squeeze" 15-30 sec hold
5x normal squeeze.
Shower warmup
50 fast jelqs
100 slow jelqs
25 v-jelqs, upwards. Dont know if i did them right but i think so. Penis to the belly v-shaped with fingers from base to top.
