    Routine.

    Warmup
    4x2min stretch LURDS random heliswings.
    20 min las.
    side to side stretches. Didnt really count, close to 500 i think.
    10x "The Squeeze" 15-30 sec hold
    5x normal squeeze.
    Shower warmup
    50 fast jelqs
    100 slow jelqs
    25 v-jelqs, upwards. Dont know if i did them right but i think so. Penis to the belly v-shaped with fingers from base to top.
    Edged for 1 hour. I did ejeculate.

      No PE today...

      Need to get my schedule straight as it has been a mess for the last weeks.

      Holidays started. So i got 3 weeks off now. Gf is getting a boobjob so she will stick around in bed for the upcomming 2 weeks. So i think i'll have plenty of time

        No PE on saturday sunday and monday.

        Workout on thuesday.

        god i didn't have time for PE these last days. But i should be fine now, holiday started and my girl had her boobjob yesterday. Plenty of time alone as she stays in bed the entire day.
        Good flaccid hang even after 5 days off.
        PI's are ok.

            3 days till measurement, and i think i haven't gained. This was a sloppy month for me and its only my second.
            Need to make more time free for PE. But its hard... Anyways. 3 days untill next measurement. I'm curious what is has to bring.

                Month 2 day 30. Mo

                Measurement day

                Flaccid lenght increased by 0.3, but this changes allog troughout the day.
                BPEL 0.4" Increase, did measure the same way as last time. Still sceptical, but as i believe this is at max potential. If i hit 7.1-7.3 in the upcomming months i will be convinced.
                Rest stayed the same.

                    I increased the intensenty if the stretch, and before my latest workout i could feel the sus lig. Just a feeling that it is there.
                    Now after my latest it feels fatigued a bit. It feels worn out. I'll be on the watch for my PI's tommorow, if possitive i'll go in with a milder stretch. If not possitive i'll take a restday.
