                      Need to at least put 1 more stretchihg routine in my scedule. But sometimes its hard to find time

                      This weekend i had no time for PE

                      Its monday now, so tonight i am working out

                      I am thinking about doing dry jelqes at work, since most of the time i am working on my own anyways.
                      Basicly means i can do that 5 days a week. But with no warm up or warm down.... kinda afraid i might get injured that way. Or get caught

                      9 More days and i finished 6 months of PE, so proud of myself, never thought i could hang on to it for so long. Although it is hard from time to time.

                          Flaccid changes, i just happend to get it when it was big i guess, although its been around this size for most of the day now...

                          never thought my NPBEL would have changed that much, I kinda always skipped that measurement though..., and maybe i dropped a few pounds (my scale is broken).

                          0.1 increase in girth, not that big, but not completely focused on it
                          0 change in BPEL, but as well not completely focused on it either..

                          Gonna take a week rest, and start a Lenght routine. Need to figure out some advanced stretches. Shockstretches maybe, maybe some A and V stretches, Bundeled stretch... pff need to browse the forum agian.

                            I restarted my routine, but i got bellyflu right afterwards.. And am not in the mood of doing any kind of PE because of bellyaching.

                              Going for more length and i hope i will be sticking with this for a while. Might do some jelqing @ work or in the shower, just for maintenance.

                              Hoping to reach 7.5" soon.

                              Lost a bunch of weight over this last period as well. From 85kg down to 78..
                              Still to high in bodyfat %(19-20%) but i want to drop to at least 10%. Need to build some muscle as well sometime soon, just to lazy to go to the gym since it takes me a 30 min drive.

                                Took a month off from PE.
                                New years resolutions kicked in:
                                1. Being able to maintain erection @swingclub.
                                2. Get a bigger penis
                                3. Lose weight, gain muscle
                                4. Be more confident about myself (more outgoing and anthousiatic <-- oh god)
