    And yeah thanks Gyrta! I don't even know where the gains came from, it just slowly kind of happened I guess. I wish I knew exactly what got the gain.

    Millia I am using an extender I purchased off of ebay for only $60, it was called 'gold extender' I believe. This was nearly 6 months ago though I believe. So far I have had no problems with it. It is a noose type extender, it came with two silicone straps which after about a month began to start slipping. To prevent slipping has worked out great for me though, I strap on/off my extender in the bathroom everytime, and to protect the top side of my glans I simply make padding out of toilet paper. It's not the best, but it definitely helps. And to keep the straps from slipping I fold a piece of toilet paper or paper towel to be just 2, maybe 3 layers and wrap them around the silicone where it straps into the plastic peices. I certainly do believe the extender has helped with my gains.

      • 8/14 & 8/15- rest days

        8/16-3 hours with extender this morning. In the shower I did a few minutes of tunica tugs and internal stretches. Followed that with around 250 jelqs. Finished it off with a power hour with the extender.

          • Millia- I certainly do not stay warm while strapped into the extender. Circulation is certainly cut off a bit and my glans will be colder than normal after about 30 minutes. But from the hours and hours of research I did this is very common, it's once you start to go numb that there is a problem. I constantly check my glans, about every ten minutes, and if I'm starting to go numb then I'll unstrap immediately. Also something I haven't even written in my log is that everytime I take of my extender I will do about 10 jelqs to get some blood flow, and follow up with 10 circular stretches or about 20 JAI stretches.

            8/17-Today I went at a slightly lower tension (about 7") and did two 2 hour sessions, and then a 1 hour session at about 7.3". So 5 hours total so far.
            After muay thai I did a ten minute warm up in the shower,
            ten minutes stretching (tunica tugs, directional, inner stretches)
            ten minutes jelqing (about 250 jelqs)
            1 power hour with extender

            • 8/18- I got in 5 hours with my extender, two 1 hour and 45 minute session and another 1.5 hour session. After Muay thai I did some directional stretches, tunica tugs, and internal stretches, lasting around 10 minutes and then did over 200 jelqs, and finished with an hour with my extender

              8-19-4 hours with extender, 4, 1 hour sessions

              8/20-I did directional stretches, tunica tugs, and internal stretches, followed by 250 jelqs and finished off with an hour of the extender.

                8/22- Rested again, wish I didn't but didn't get a chance.

                Next I did 250 jelqs, and then I strapped into my extender for 2 hours. Got another 1.5 hours later on and another 1.5 hours again. Totalled 5 hours.

                • 8/24- 2 hours with extender was all i got in. ended up drinking instead of jelqs and stretches.

                  8/25- Warmed up in the shower, did 5 directional stretches with circular stretches after each set (30 seconds each), 1 set my side V stretch( 50 seconds each side), internal streches (30 seconds each side), tunica tugs (4 sets, 30 seconds each one, the last one 60 seconds).
                  Then just over 200 jelqs and finished with 1.5 hours with my extender.

                  • Fisch thanks for answering me, you helped to settle a lot of questions and uncertainty in my mind. I had thought that the cold glans thing would be more or less unavoidable, but you confirmed it, thanks

                    • You just confirmed it for me as well. Since I am also working on length, I am trying to keep an open mind. I've been interested in extenders & I've been trying to figure out what possible merit they might have if combined with a hanging routine. Your explanation about the toilet paper, & your research including your comment on unavoidable cold glans is all very helpful.

                        And yeah goodluck Millia, with the hanging and extending, should be some awesome results. I too will be joining you with that, once I get more privacy in my life (still couching it at a friends place).

                        • 8/26- I got 3 hours total in my day with extender wear. 1 1 hour session and the other a 2 hour session. Did light stretch routine in the shower and 200 jelqs.

                          8/27- warmed up in shower and did:
                          5 direction stretches, 30 seconds each deriection. 4 sets 10 circular stretches.
                          1 set my side v stretches 50 seconds each side.
                          2 sets tunica tugs
                          1 set internal stretches
                          2 sets tunica tugs (top half, then bottom half)
                          250 jelqs.
                          2 hour power hour

                            8/29-Socially active, became another rest day.
                            8/30-After muay thai I hopped in the shower, did a ten minute warm up and:

                            • 9/1-In the shower I warmed up and did:
                              SU, L, R, and SO stretches for 30 seconds with 10 circular stretches between.
                              1 set side v stretch 50 seconds
                              2 sets tunica tugs 30 sec
                              1 set internal stretches 30 sec
                              1 set tunica tug 30 sec
                              150 dry jelqs
                              1.5 hour power hour.
                              2 hours with extender later on.

                              *Today I added 1cm rod to my extender since I had been maximizing the use of the other rods. Also my consistency with reverse kegels hasn't been so great, been doing them only about every 3 days or so. Been consistent with they cayenne though, drinking about 1tsp everyday, only missing a day once a week at most. Green tea consumption has been less consistent lately than the past several months, consuming on average atleast one cup a day, but I do miss somedays. Flacid hang lately (past few weeks) has been so so, nothing great. Been noticing morning wood more often the past few weeks. Good thing.

                                9/3- no extender timethis day..feeling that taking multiple days off the extender is setting me back, almost to where the other 10 or 15 hours in the week mean nothing.
                                I did get some light stretching though, doing 5 direction stretched 30 sec each
                                2 sets tunica tugs
                                1 set internal stretches
                                75-100 dry jelqs

                                9/4- after muay Thai this morning, I warmed up in the shower and did
                                5 directional stretches 30 sec each
                                10 circular stretches after each direction
                                1 set side v stretch 50 sec each side

                                1 set internal stretches, 30 sec each side
                                200 wet jelqs, 100 dry jelqs
                                Currenlty working on a power hour now..been just over 30 minutes, I'm thinking I'll end up at about 1.5 hours before needing to unstrap
