7/14-Woke up sore as hell from getting beat up in muay thai yesterday. So I'm not going to be wearing my extender all day, the discomfort from the pain in my body is enough, I won't be able to put up with the discomfort of something stretching my penis all day. Took my cayenne this morning, already having to shit, morning wood was very weak.

7/17- Drank my cayenne. Did a short Insanity workout, then in the shower I got nearly 300 jelqs, half wet, half dry.
My ex is visiting me today and stayin a few days. Don't know how this will go. We've been separated for over 2 months now after a 2 year relationship. We haven't been too nice to each other lately, but for some strange reason I offered to pay for her train ticket to get here. 7/21-no PE again today.

7/22-decent morning wood today. Started morning off with some cayenne. Upped to 3/4 tsp.
250 jelqs today in the shower, 2/3 wet, the rest dry.
2 hours with extender at 7+ bpel
After Muay Thai, I took another shower and did:
5 direction stretches with 10 rotational stretches
And about 25-50 jelqs afterward

7/23-Before work I did 250 jelqs, half wet, half dry. 30 second ULI in the middle. 2 minute light stretching and strapped into my extender for 1.5 hours. Later on I got another 1 hour, then another 1.5 hours, and another hour. Totalled 5 hours with extender, always being above 7" bpxl.
