  • Journey from 6x5 to 8x6.25

    Well after reading gators thread about making progress logs I figured I'll start one. I am now workingon month number 4 with no gains likely due to inconsistency. Whatever the reason fir no gain, hopefully this log can help determine why I haven't gain if I still don't over the next fee months.

    Today I did a stretch routine in the shower consisting if 2 sets of 15 second a stretches and 15 sec v stretches, thirty sec stretch SO, SD,SU, and to the sides with 10 of the circle stretches in between each. Also 5 sets of 10 sec dld blasters and one 20 sec Mandingo stretch. I do around 5 JAIs whenever I pee and then tonight after school I did about 100 jelqs and 50 v jelqs. And some a stretches. Since my jelqs about 2 hours ago I've kept my penis tucked between the leg. Will get back tomorrow. I'm starting at 6.5 bpel and 5.2 Meg and about 5.5 eg at base

      After my workout last night I noticed a red spot/bump that is about 5mm big. I had it about 10 days ago but kept exercising, i took three days off and it seemed to go away for the most part but after my jelqs last night it came back...almost bigger. I don't think/hope its not anything serious. Maybe i should take an entire week off? Hopefully someone can give advice. Anyways this morning I stretched in the shower anyways, warmed up, then did 25 kegels for a stretch in all 5 directions, with the circular stretches in between each. Followed by a 30 second tension stretch, 3 10 second a stretches (near base, mid, near glans) and 3 10 second v stretches the same way. Next I did a Mandingo, 2 for 20 seconds. I ended with DLD blasters, 3 sets of 15 sec. doing the A, and 3 sets doing V. (i hold kegel for 5 and reverse for 10). After this I wrapped with theraband. Thinking of doing a 20 min jelq exercise tonight, but not sure because if this fairly large red spot on my shaft =/

        Letting myself heal, so taking today off and probably atleast the next 3 maybe 4. I did decide to keep track of my BPSFL from now on to hopefully point me in the right direction. Today, out of the shower it came to 6.6ish, just barely over 6.5. Im going to be putting as much heat on as possible in hopes to heal soon

          Another day of rest, still bruised down there. Will be applying ice throughout the day. Heading out of town tonight, so will likely continue rest throughout the weekend. Possibly do some wrapping though for 5 hours a day.

            This rest has been nice. I can almost feel the recovery going on it seems like. Or just soreness I suppose. I did get carried away last night and edged for almost an hour, bad idea. And edged for 20 minutes today. Applied ice twice yesterday and twice today, about an hour each day. The bruising has gotten lighter but it's still there. Going to rest for atleast one mire day

                When I do blasters I first tire out my PC muscle, not sure what the theory on doing that is but I do it. Basically all I do is an A
                stretch with my wrist and I kegel and hold for 10 seconds, then reverse kegel and hold for 10 seconds. Just an a stretchwith kegels basically. Then I also do the same but with v stretch, wrist pushin down on penis. These make ke really sore. I think they contributed towards my bruising a lot.

                Anyhow, today is another rest day, hopefully the last one. Things have cleared up nicely down there but maygive it another day. Hang was nice and big last two days but today seems smaller, could be due to the binge drinking the past two night

                  More rest unfortunately. The red spots are barely visible when flacid but definitely noticeable when erect. I haven't iced or heated as I've been stayin at my moms over the weekend. Today I will though since I'm back home. Edged for 40 min to an hour last nght which really irritated my dick more. I'm anxious to start up as it's been nearly a week of rest from only a few workouts. Also considering an extender as I'm pretty sure it would help speed things up. Found one for 60 on eBay but I'm sure it's not that great of quality...well see

                    I purchased the extender yesterday, should arrive tomorrow. I did a session of ice/heat yesterday for 40 mintues, should do one today too. My EQ seems to have dropped a little bit since I have stopped exercises, yet i randomly measured yesterday and the ruler said 6.75 bpel..I think ill check that again today though. I also want to start using my wench as an ADS but im not too sure how to go about this yet and if its very disgusable, will be giving it a try soon. I had been drinking green tea consistently for nearly a month to test it out, but messed up over this weekend and went three days without it. Penis is still recovering, but I think I will begin some basic stretches and see how it responds.

                      I believe these spots are due to smooth muscle damage and skin irritation, and if this is indeed true, then stretchin would be ok? right? I think so. So I did a light stretch this morning, just SO SD SU and to the sides, with circle stretches in between, while taking a shower. Then I decided I'd try starting up a light hanging routine since I have a wench that I dont use. I hung 3 lbs SD for 20 min. took a ten min. break, got an erection to get some blood flow, then hung for another 10 min. I returned home from work recently and started hanging. Im on my first set of 3 lb. I want to get in atleast 30 hang time right now. I want to continue and get atleast an hour a day, one or two days off a week. I should also be recieving my extender tomorrow, which from my research it seems as if the extender and hanging target two different areas, so I will be doing both, 5 days a week. If my red marks down there get ANY worse then I will stop EVERYTHING for two weeks. Im going to wait atleast 3 more days to start jelqing again. Im thinking of starting with only 50 reps, then increasing 10 maybe 20 a day. Going 2 on 1 off. When I up the jelqs, I will also up the stretches. Slowly but surely as I am going to be starting with less than I started with 4 months ago.

                      Oh and last post I mentioned an increased BPEL, but I checked again today and it was back at 6.5 =/

                        Weird, i just typed a huge log entry and it didn't show.
                        I measured 6.5 bpfsl today.
                        So heres a short version since the last one took me 20 minutes.

                        Woke up, checked mail for extender, nothing. Tomorrow? I hope. Marks on penis didnt look worse, so i decided light stretch and light hanging. In shower I did basic stretch, all 5 directions with 20 kegels and 10 circular stretches between. Got out of shower and wrapped with theraband, put the hanger on and attached 3lb. Hung for 10 minutes, and my wench slipped right off my thereaband strip. Suited back up for another 10. Rested for 10 min, heated with rice sock for 5, traction wrapped better this time, and secured hanger better, clamped cable clamp extra tight. Hung comfortobly for 20 min.

                        My first set I believe I experienced slippage due to 1) walking around and bending down to do things, caused weight to move around, creating the wench to slowly slip its way off.
                        2) my wrapping during the first set I only had skin as cushion on the sides, near my glans. whereas my second set, I had skin as a cushion all 360 degrees outside my wrapping below the glans. This I think played a major part.

                        Will traction wrap for about 5 hours now since I just completed my second set. Going to do upper body workout. Ill get back later

                          Sounds like you are having the same problem you will have with your extender, when it actually comes.

                          You need to get a "head swell" as you put it on, and maintain it while the device is on. I should have an article coming out on here soon explaining all of this in great detail.

                          But for now, just do this. Get a 30% erection before you put this stuff on, do a few helicopters at 30% erect to make sure your dingdong is long and loose, and then put your stuff on, making sure to keep blood in your glans, then once on, make sure and kegel even more into the glans.

                            Hah, I just asked you about this in another thread Cal, thanks for the info! I would assume the head swoll would eventually go away, unless I kegel throughout the time its on, right? Kegeling blood throughout the time of using the device to keep the head swell should work. Atleast that's what im getting from this. And the extender did arrive shtortly after that post. Still figuring it out though. Looking forward to that article Cal

                              I took the last two days off, only doing pulls after piss's. My girlfriend pulled on my scrotum really hard the other night and im worried she really damaged something. Im warming up right now for a few sets of hanging and light stretching. 2 sets, 3lbs. Then ill traction wrap afterwards. Still havent used my extender. I will begin tomorrow, as well as starting back up jelqing.
