    6.12-Got in my stretch routine

    6.13-Stretch routine, 6 minutes clamp, 6 minutes jelq, 8 minutes clamp, 1.5 hours extender use at 7+ bpxl. working on another hour of extender use..

      • 6.15-seems I've lost girth?? Rested all day, just strapped my extender on 45 minutes ago (1am to ensure I got nearly 36 hours rest) and am shooting for 1-1.5 hours.

        • 6.16-another rest day...well both my roommates are back, and their girlfriends are staying too. One of them doesn't work and just stays home so my PE is going to be very limited for some time. Considering taking a month long decon break and started up again when I get my own room. Not too sure though..

                  • Yeah it has really killed.

                    Today is 6/27, and I have basically just tooken a break since the 18th. About 10 days, I'm considering just waiting til 2 full weeks have passed, then starting up lightly. Also I'm going to be attempting to wear my extender around my house while interacting with my roommates, hoping it's nothing too noticeable.

                    On a positive not, my dick has LOOKED bigger lately. No measurements have been done though yet, I think I will wait til day 14 of rest.

                        • So I've rested for about two weeks now. Starting up today. I did a laptop warm up (most convenient for my tight living situation) and then stretched for about 3 minutes in the bathroom as if I were taking a dump, then strapped on my extender. I did only basic directional stretches. I plan on wearing the extender for atleast an hour, then hopefully stretching, then possibly wearing the extender for another hour. Looking to get in 100+ dry jelqs today too but depends on what kind of privacy I can get, or possibly end up doing them separately, when I take a shower tonight. Yay PE! haha, I'm excited to start up again..

                          • July 1st- Still need to take down some starting stats as I just finished a decon break.

                            AM: Warm up, 3 mintues directional stretches, 1 hour extender, break, 3 minutes stretching, 1 hour extender, 5 minutes stretching (directional and rotations).

                            PM: After my muay thai classes, I jelqed in the shower for a good 7-10 minutes. Mostly dry jelqs. Finished it up with a 30 second squeeze, felt really good. After drying off I put on my extender, almost made it an hour before going numb and having some stong sensations going on down there, quite uncomfortable at about 45 minutes. I am doing the same bpxl as before and my penis hasn't been used to the force since it's been a few weeks.

                            Hope to see some positive PI's tomorrow! Or atleast not negative..
