Stretch (Up, out, left, right - 25Kegel count)
10 Clockwise and 10 Anticlockwise rotations after each direction.
15 minutes wet jelqs 2 second count per hand
Pretty good jelq session, still sorta losing my grip during stretches.
And a way to solve it is still being looked for. Anyone knows?
