So...I'm back from my son's graduation! The good news is that my son managed to get another ticket for a separate seat in the auditorium for me. He got there early to queue up for the last remaining tickets that were held back in reserve...potential conflict avoided! It was a great seat too...front row of the circle and I could see everything that was going on. The bugger never wore the tie I bought him after all that hassle...wore a silver patterned one he had bought instead! I went for a beer after the ceremonies with him and his girlfriend and then they went on to meet up with his mother and my daughter for a meal. After the meal he's meeting up with his fellow graduates for a night out in Leicester Square in London...so I think he may be "missing in action" for a few days!

I was very surprised that my daughter came up to me before the ceremony...she looked absolutely stunning...so, of course, I asked her how she had been and almost immediately her eyes started to water and told me that she had been "dumped" by her boyfriend of a year yesterday. I gave her a big hug and she shed a few tears on my shoulder. I've arranged to call her tomorrow and possibly meet up for lunch. I'm hoping and praying that maybe her mum's families influence can finally be broken but I can't help being skeptical over the fact that they may have been "crocodile tears". (That's another story!)

It's been a long day and I am absolutely bleedin' cream crackered but I wanted to say a big thank you to all those who took the time to post their opinions and support, as this more than persuaded me to leave that little bit of seed of doubt I had about attending behind.

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Yeah, on this side of the POND, I refer to mine as a "divining rod"! I use mine a lot for "parting"...but NOT the sea!...and it is "Divine", indeed!

Cheers Cavalier...I miss her dearly...if anything I was more "in tune" if that makes sense with her when she was a kid than I was with my son...she's 24 now.
