    12/2/2017:

    - 20 minute warmup
    - 20 minutes 6.25lb BTC
    - 20 minutes 7.5lb BTC
    - 17 minutes 7.5lb BTC
    - 10 minute warmdown with lotion

    I increased weight as you can see. I still don't think I'm fully hitting fatigue but damn it feels good to stretch it out. My last set my penis started going numb so I called it quits a little early. I'm having no "bad" pains anywhere and my PI's are good. I will hold 7.5lb for a few weeks until I am comfortable moving up to 8.75. I have heard a lot of people start to see real gains when they hit 10 pounds. Also, I still haven't been hitting 10 hours a week. It's a real goal of mine. I think what I am doing now is better than nothing.... I actually know, I don't think =p

    The girl is coming over tomorrow so I plan to hang early then spend my night with her. Should be fun, as usual

    I'll be back at it Tuesday, hitting it hard.

      Last set was feeling minor numbness and a strange pain I didn't feel comfortable with. I could have gone the extra 4 minutes but didn't feel like it because of those reasons. Feels like I'm hitting some sort of fatigue on my last set. It's heavy weight for me so I'll continue riding this for a while. My wrapping technique and hanger has gotten a lot better too. Feeling good. See you guys Tuesday

        You want to know a real fear I have with hanging?

        I'm afraid somehow my hanger will get stuck on my dick and I won't be able to loosen it. Like a wing nut will snap on my bib. It makes me want to buy a saw or something to I can cut the bolt in case of an emergency... I do not want to lose my penis because I got my dick stuck in a hanger. lol

        A few times I had to reset because there was too much pressure on stretching my skin and not my ligs. So I had to pull my skin back a bit. I feel like I had a good workout overall. 7.5 is doing me well but I'm unsure if I'm really hitting fatigue. I may increase another 1.25lb in a week and try to hit fatigue. I want to try and find fatigue and ride it.

        My flaccid length and girth is through the roof. Couldn't be more happy.

          So... Holy shit lol. I figured I need to do a total of 4 sets a day (instead of 3) to reach my 10 hour a week mark. Mon - Fri, 4 sets a day would be 8 hours hanging. Then do 1 hour Saturday 1 hour Sunday.. Or 2 hours one of those days when the girl comes over.

          But holy shit. I'm really hitting fatigue now.

          - 20 minute warmup

          - 10 minutes 7.5lb, dropped down 6.25lb 10 minutes BTC
          - 10 minutes 7.5lb, dropped down 6.25lb 10 minutes BTC

          I felt like stopping a few times today. The extra set is a lot of extra time to my routine. I start at around warming up around 815 and I end hanging around 1045. So about 2 1/2 hours every night.

          Welp... I hope I can keep up 4 sets a night.

            Wow... I'm dying. My ligs are dead. It hurts! I may have to chill. I wanted to do 4 sets, I probably could have but didn't want to. This is honestly a hard thing. There are nights I'm like damn, I don't really want to do this. But you know what? I keep going. I can dedicate 2 hours a night ( a total of 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes each night ) hanging while watching Netflix.

            My goal right now is to hang a total of 6 months BTC. After this I will focus on SD maybe? My goal after 6 months is to stretch my Tunica. Why? Because I want to focus on girth after this. If I'm able to stretch my Tunica then hopefully the girth gains will come easier. Any input or advice on this is appreciated.

              Keep it up. Hanging gets tough but I do believe if you can squeeze in 10 hours a week you will see growth. I struggled to get 10 hours in but when I did I saw growth. I got up to 15 pounds but it started to cause issues with my glans so I cut back to 13 lbs and now also am working on some side-to-side stretches to augment.

                I really appreciate this!! It is tough getting to 10 hours a week but I'm about to get there. Just have to put the time in. Can I ask you a few quick questions?

                - How much have you gained over what period of time?
                - After I'm done BTC, I want to focus on my Tunica. Any idea what is best for this? SD?

                  Had some sex tonight and soon after I did my session. My penis is fatigued I think. I get a lot of pressure in the upper shaft of my penis when I'm hanging. I'm not sure if this is because of improper hanging or what. I try to push the blood out of my glans but don't think that's the problem.

                    what is your max hang time with what weight? I guess I could go back to check your thread but I am up to 1 hour with 7.5lbs so far, also can you please describe your BTC method? I sort of just lean back in a chair and I also toss (not really tossing) the weights over one leg or the other do you do this and dose it help? I'm sort of new to hanging like you are and I saw an on the bed over the shoulder technique once which is a much different angle but requires a longer device rope

                      You don't need to go through the old messages I will tell you here.

                      I'm up to 7.5lb BTC but I've dropped back to 6.25lb BTC. I read recently that you need to tighten the hanger slowly and push the blood out of the head. I've recently had problems getting the "shoulder" right for my penis.

                      I pretty much sit at my computer chair with my legs on the table. I do not toss the weights over the leg. That is not BTC that is OTL (over the leg). My penis hands BTC (Between the cheeks) and in between my balls. Hope this helps.

                          Hanging isn't easy...


                          12/9/2017: (AM)

                          I've tried something new. I push the hanger up before I tighten it to try and get the blood out the top shaft and head. It worked well the first set.

                          The second set I did not take my wrap off but I smacked my dick on my legs to get blood flow. Second set sucked I was having problems 10 minutes in didn't feel 100% comfortable continuing.

                          Third set I took wrap off, re-wrapped, and tried again. After 15 minutes I felt too much blood in my unit. If I want to continue going up in weight this is something I need to fix as the higher weight will only make keeping blood our more difficult.

                          Tonight I will hopefully get 3 more sets in of 20 minutes.

                            Had a great session. I feel like I'm starting to get my technique down even better now. Going to continue at 6.25lb then attempt 7.5lb again. Staying consistent. Going to hang tomorrow morning then the girls coming over tomorrow night. I'll be back at hanging Monday

                              Wow, what a good hanging session. Tightening the hanger slowly and letting the Bib settle is something I found very important. That and pushing the hanger up slightly to the head to get more blood out. I'm also able to keep my unit straight in the hanger, for the most part.
