    11/22/2017: (1 Month!!!)


    - 20 minute warmup
    - 5 x 20 6.25lb BTC
    - breaks in between
    - 10 minute warmdown

    During my 5th set I only did 17 minutes because my head started to go a little numb. My plan was to go 2 hours total but only did 1 hour 40 minutes.

    Tomorrow come back and see my measurements !!!

    Happy Thanksgiving!

    I will eat a lot, come home, do a light stretch and jelq routine with some edging then measure.

        1 Month Measurements & More:


        Where do I begin? This month has been amazing!!!

        - I've learned a lot about my penis
        - My girl has become more curious of my penis, size, erection quality, etc.
        - My flaccid length has increased dramatically, to the point I'm sitting at work wondering what's touching the side of my leg
        - I feel good, overall. Not only because my penis is growing, but because I am taking action and staying consistent.


        My exercise today: 11/23/2017

        - 15 minute warmup
        - manual stretching: up, down, left, right, btc left, btc right (30 seconds each)
        - wet jelqing, harder grip than anticipated (maybe just excited)
        - edging (I rode the edge 4 or 5 times and would measure after)


        1 month measurements:

        - BPEL: 7' (no change)
        - BPFSL: 7.5' (huge change, I wasn't measuring right before because I was getting like 5' but I guess I was probably just under 7')
        - BEG: 5.25'+ (more about this below, I was measuring 4.75' prior to hanging)


        Now my base erect girth I was measuring 4.75' prior to hanging but I may not have been measuring all the way at the base. Either that or the base of my penis really has increased. Now I doubt it went from 4.75 to 5.25 but I know the base has increased. Right above the base of my penis, below the mid, I still measure around 4.75'


        Where did I gain in 1 month?


        BPEL is the goal where I want growth, and I DID NOT grow there. Why? Probably because I wasn't hitting fatigue until this past week. I started extremely light at 1.25lbs BTC during week 1. I'm at 6.25lbs, increasing weight each week, and I'm just now feeling the fatigue. At 5lbs I could tell shit was getting real. I am glad I started at the weight I did because getting used to the Bib hanger isn't the easiest thing in the world.


        The thing is, I'm completely fine with not gaining in BPEL, because my BPFSL has increased and that means BPEL will follow.


        Goals:

        I'm a strong believer in setting goals and aiming to achieve them. I don't plan on measuring again until month 3, possibly month 2. I don't care much about the number game, I just want to focus on hitting fatigue and riding that fatigue for as long as I can. Because I know if I do this, gains will come.

        - Reach 10 hours a week in hanging
        - Ride fatigue as long as I can, drop weight when needed
        - Stay focused & consistent

        Length wise goals, 8'' BPEL, 8.5'' NBPEL. I'm measuring a consistent 7''

        I know this goal is achievable if I stay consistent and cement my gains.


        TLDR;


        I've been hanging consistently for a solid month, with few days off, increasing weight every week from 1.25lbs to 6.25lbs now, all BTC. I gained a LOT of flaccid length, I gained base girth (not sure how much exactly, I don't care, it just feels good looking down at a bigger dick now).


        I hope those of you following my progression are doing well yourselves, staying consistent, and staying motivated.

          11/24/2017:


          - 20 minute warmup
          - 13 minutes BTC 6.25lbs
          - 2 x 20 minute BTC 6.25lbs
          - 10 minute warmdown

          Had some problems getting the right hang tonight. Had to re-adjust a few times that's why my first set was 13 minutes long. I wanted to do more but kind of got turned off. It's amazing if you wrap incorrectly and have your dick in the hanger the wrong way... how bad this can be. I could tell something wasn't how it should be so had to readjust. This is important I believe to avoid injury.

          Going to try for 4-5 sets tomorrow night. Girl coming over Sunday + Monday so I will have a few days off. Going to hit it hard again Tuesday - Saturday.

            Had to adjust my hanger & wrap settings more than I wanted to today. It took longer than I was expecting! Sometimes my penis will twist in the hanger a little bit and this can cause nerve damage. Minimizing the twist is ideal. I'm only using Theraband as my wrap but I have also added Ace bandage from time to time. Just trying to get it right.

            I hadn't had many problems until now. Could just be a road bump. Also heavier weight I'm sure has something to do with it.

            11/25/2017:

            - 20 minute warmup
            - 20 minutes 6.25lb BTC
            - 20 minutes 5lb BTC
            - 20 minutes 6.25lb BTC
            - 10 minute warm down

            I went to 5lb because I was having problems wrapping and getting the hanger situated right. 5lbs didn't feel like much at all so I was crunching (sucking in my stomach) and doing some other things like swinging to try and reach fatigue. I will be doing more sets tonight but wanted to get in a day hanging session as well.

            Maybe tonight will be better. I think my ligs are getting used to 6.25lb as I don't feel it as much yet. I'm just mainly focusing on getting my dick in this hanger properly... That seems to be one of the biggest learning curves. I can hang weight from my dick all day... But making sure my penis is safe and secure in this Bib is my biggest concern.

            Avoiding injury is my number 1 priority and I have to remember that. If I injure myself... all of this work can potentially be fore nothing.


            Edit Tonight:

            - 20 minute warmup
            - 3 x 20 minutes 6.25lb btc
            - breaks in between
            - 10 minute warmdown with lotion

            Went better tonight. Don't feel like I'm reaching fatigue but we will wait longer.

              Really bad night. NO INJURY but I couldn't get my dick in my hanger right. It could be my wrap. My dick keeps twisting when I increase the grip in my Bib hanger. I had to have adjusted, but the hanger on and off my dick at least 30 times over 2 hours. How frustrating. Then I slammed my finger in the door on accident and I'm like fuck this I'm done for tonight.

              I only use Theraband. I just have to figure out what works. When I was hanging tonight it would feel like a lot of pressure in the upper shaft and not even at the head. Then it would twist.

              I got 1 set in.

              10 minutes 5lbs BTC
              10 minutes 6.25lbs BTC (I added 1.25 10 minutes in)

              I warmed up, had problems hanging for about an hour, and warmed up again. Total fail tonight. But the main thing is I learned, and I didn't injure myself.

              I'm apparently doing something wrong if I keep twisting in my hanger. I may need to add more material to my wrap. I will try this tomorrow.

              Tomorrow will be better.

                Looking forward to tonight's session. Before I went to bed I tried some new wrapping and adjusted my hanger a bit. There is no way I'm giving up!

                  Still having some issues getting my wrap/hanger right. The problem is feeling excessive pressure in my upper shaft/glans area along with twisting. I'll eventually find a way. Once I feel this, I stop hanging because hanging like this will simply result in an injury =/

                    Hey Two, congratulations on the gains bro! I've been hanging for 3 months now. I know the wrapping is a pain but once you get it down everything will be fine, that is if your hanger is set up properly that is, is your top gap smaller than your bottom gap after tightening?, I get a little bit of a twist in hanger, mine normally twist to the left, and what I do is when I've added the weight I twist it to the right and it levels out abit, when I go into btc position i turn it more if needed. I use 2 by 8 theraband as wrap, it works great for me. I'm at 13.7lbs now, 6 sets a day, gained almost .5 BPEL , bout 1 inch BPFSL and some girth. Keep it up Two, you will own it!

                      There are a lot of variables trying to get the hanger, the wrap, and everything set. I thought I had it down but once I increased weight I had to re-calibrate my settings.

                      Congrats on the amazing gains and once again, I appreciate the words! It can be sad when you spend all this time trying to hang properly and can't. I'm getting the hang of it!

                        Last set I cut short by 4 minutes. I will continue slightly tweaking my hanger and wrap settings until I am more comfortable. Once this is complete I will increase weight. I'm taking advice of "1iwillbebig" it is much appreciated.

                            I noticed on set 2 and 3 the last 3-4 minutes the head of my penis was slightly numb. I know this is not a good thing but considering it's at the tail end of my routine I do not think it's a horrible thing. I feel no pain and I am not causing any damage from my feelings. I'm still active with sex. I have regular hard ons. Everything is good.

                            My wrapping technique is getting better. It's honestly the hardest part of hanging. I can stay dedicated, but wrapping and getting the hanger situated is quite difficult at times.

                              Hi this seems like a good place to ask for hanging help...I am doing PE without my significant other knowing and am trying to incorporate more hanging. I have two big hang days per week and I stretch every night manually when I'm not having sex. Any advice is appreciated.

                              1. Any advice for efficient sock hang method?
                              2. Why is wrapping important and should I try this with the sock method?
                              3. Are different hanging methods important? (e.g. when I lift I do different chest exercises at the gym)

                                Hi there!

                                Thanks for coming here to ask for advice. First I'll start by saying if you haven't read the hanging 101 thread you should definitely start here.

                                1. I am not knowledgeable of the sock hang method, but I do know it works.
                                2. Wrapping is important because not only does it give protection but it gives something for your hanger to hold on to. Wrapping is not necessary but it can be a good thing.
                                3. Different hanging methods are important, but it is believed you should focus on 1 type, and have a secondary. For example, I focus on BTC (Between the cheeks) with my secondary SD (Straight down). I only do BTC because I haven't had any problems in the BTC area.

                                My main advice would be listen to your penis. It's talking to you. Less can be more a lot of the time. Avoid injury at all costs. Realize this is a marathon, not a sprint.

                                During your 2 big hang days, split your hanging if you can... AM & PM so you penis has a small break between.

                                By all means, I am no expert in hanging. I've only been hanging a little over a month now. Even I have questions. But there is a lot of information out there. Hope this helped.
