    Gaining bpfsl steadily almost crazy.
    Post bpfsl i reached 22.7 cm to 22.8cm.
    Pre workout bpfsl 22.5 cm to 22.6cm

    Im very confused with picture i took measuring bpfsl.
    I clearly saw 22.7cm on ruler but camera said different thing 23.0cm.
    I dont know what to think.

    Maybe my glans underneath gets more inflated than from above what i see with ruler.
    I think i should still keep measurment of 22.7 being consistent.

        Yes i measure after stretching.
        Before any training and right after.
        Approx 1-2mm difference is.

          Still gaining on the same routine and i reached 8.85 bpel (22.5cm).
          Hitting consistently 8.80inch (22.3cm).
          Pre workout bpfsl is 8.95 inch (22.7cm) and post workout bpfsl is 9.06 (23cm).

          Im gaining about 1mm per week.
          With softer erection i can measure my previous max bpel of 22.2cm.

          Now i can say i reached my short term goal but i will not stop until i hit plateau.
          I will try to reach 9.00 inch bpel.
          If i stop gaining i will reach that goal next year.

            Hey goingto10, I just mesured my bpfsl and it is 18.7 to 19 cm.

            I can't measure like you did on your photo, I noticed that you hold your penis under the glans and push it to the limits.

            When I do that a lot of skin goes to front and covers my glans, so I measured it by stretching my penis holding my glans with my fingers.

            Since I'm scared of stretching it by the glans, I just did it one time.

            Just 2 questions...

            1. Do you have any idea so I can before rmeasure that ?? I read a lot of material here but it didn't worked.

            2. also, when you started, your tunica was your limit, and then it become to be smooth muscle as your limit right ? assuming now your (Bpfsl is larger than your bpel, with a bigger difference from the beginning)

            3. how often do you measure your penis ? I mean bpfsl, bpel and nbpel ?
            I noticed that you focus a lot on your bpfsl, it means good indicator of growing?

                another question man, if you don't mind that much questions...

                Did you ever performed helicopter shakes on your stretching training?

                I mean, since the beginning of your PE Journey?

                or if you did , when did you stop doing them ?


                I'm currently doing them but I think they're very time consuming for doing everything time I change the direction of the stretch.

                  Just a little succes post here in "goingto10" thread, also because I posted this question here.

                  I just measured my BPFSL last night and I hit 20,5 BPFSL.
                  I could not believe it!
                  I also din't measured my BPEL, NBPEL or MSEG until now.
                  I know my MSEG feels bigger when having sex or just by holding my dick.
                  Also my NBPEL flaccid hang is measuring 16,5cm sometimes through the day.
                  Other thing to consider is that my GF is cumming with no effort at all, last sex session we had, she got there just by me putting my dick inside her.
                  I think I'm on my way!

                    Man, amazing to hear, do you think it also increased your glans size? Are you sure your glans size is bigger and on better shape now? Also as hard as before?

                        Last week I measured 22 cm BPFSL for 3 times.
                        This week I finally measured my BPEL, NBPEL and MSEG.
                        I hit 20cm on BPEL , 19,3 on NBPEL and 13.6 MSEG when I was getting soft (I have ruler anxiety a lot)
                        I started with 19.3BPEL , 18.2 NBPEL AND 13 MSEG.
                        I'm currently doing 14 min stretches and 20 min jelq!

                        I haven't started any decon break yet because I think in still slowly gaining.

                          Indicating 0.5 cm growth

                            Last 5 days I catch a cold, or a flu.
                            I couldn't even get out of my bad and I didn't trained.
                            My flaccid hang is not good as before, it's more on a turtled state, and I didn't jelqed untill today.
                            I jelqed at 2pm, got back to work, 5 PM I got to gym and 6 PM I started my running routine, got to my home and had a shower.
                            I measured my BPFSL today, I have hit 21,5cm!!!
                            I measured 2 times just to make sure of it!

                              What do you think of this routine:
                              5 mins IR Lamp warmup while doing kegels (5 s on 2s off)
                              20 min stretching (down, left, up, right, front(2x)) - 2mins each direction
                              20 min jelqing
                              5 min pumping 5 min rest 5 min pumping
                              5 min ir lamp warm down while doing kegels (5s on 2s off)

                              I have been doing this routine 2 days on 1 day off for 11 months now and I have gained almost nothing (maybe 0.5 cm?)
                              What am I doing wrong??
                              August-2020 -> BPEL - 15.5cm/6.10">NBPEL - 14cm/5.51">EG - 14cm/5.51"
                              Goal ->BPEL - 20cm/7.87">NBPEL - 17cm/6.69">EG - 15.24cm/6"

                                Today I hit 8 inch BPEL, finally.
                                It was not a good erection because I'm very anxious.
                                Not sure if that's because of PE but my GF is hitting orgasms way easier now.
                                Every session she's hitting 4 or 5.
                                My NBPEL was 19.5cm measuring today.
                                My first goal is to hit 8 inch NBPEL.
