Well thought i would put an update on whats been happening with me. I started last year in June with a BPEL of 5.5" , very new to the art of PE. I read every exercise thread, every success thread, every progress thread for about 2 months. Everything i tried just seemed to make me change my mind on what i needed to do. After a two week layoff when i nearly broke my tool in half (which would have been a disaster!!) I decided just to take it day by day. My observations while i was doing all the various exercises was that, depending on how spongy or by elastic or taught my penis was, i would adjust the routine by either just stretching or jelqing.
I was exercising and taking creatine and maxbuilder pro protein supplements as well but my gains have come by just Stretching for 5-10 minutes 3 or 4 times a day if my penis seemed stretchy, by that i mean can pull outwards with a stretch and it not feel uncomfortable. If it felt uncomfortable then jelq for 5-10 minutes 4 or 5 times a day. This went on as a very common routine for 10 months.
Now I have gains of 2.5" in BPEL (8" now) and a girth increase of 1.5". I have also gone from 5-10 minutes of stressed intercourse to over an hour and my penis is ready to go again within 30 minutes. Needless to say, my wife has found the last 12 months a very interesting experience.
