      did you eat like bodybuilders? every 2-3 hours

      did you go gym?

      how big were your gaps between each session? like stretch at 9 AM, 3 hours break and again, 3 hours break and again and so on

      how much green tea did you drink a day/week?

      what supplements were you/still are taking?

      did you warm up and warm/cool down?

      how often did you ejaculate?

      are you uncircumsized? if yes did you retract your skin when stretching or just let the foreskin over the glans?


      I believe in your gains, and it turns out that there's still much to learn about PE, very much

        Sure I can believe that to be possible. I myself have been PE'ing on and off with difficulty and no gains for manys years since I first learned of PE (25 now), but my problem was due to loose skin etc..(like others). I gave up then found how to work around my difficulties and can really FEEL it working now. I just know a year from now I will have similar gains. Just post a pic with your name in it and small all the disbelievers lol... Nice post @ultimape btw EDIT: oh and the protein nutrition bit makes me believe in your story because I don't think you can gain much in training without lots of whole protein, carbs, veg, fruit, water...

                I think his method is effective, he's doing several mini jelq sessions throughout the day to keep his tool plump and warm, which is going by the plump theory. I think many people are overlooking this.

                  They have always, (since he left Thunder's ), accused DLD of being a phony. I think there is one thing that he has exaggerated, and that is his gains from the very start. I am just guessing now, but my hunch is he started at a larger size than he admits.

                      @ 1471988 sure look at any of the coaches websites or pay pe websites, they all claim outrageous gains. all for the money. Then when you join and dont gain that much, the problem is you, not the technique. I only heard dld mentioned a few times, also heard he was a fraud, but i would imagine that was how he was making money. That and sponsors. What i dont understand is why new guys come in here and BS. No im not talkin about the OP, Im talkin about the guys the come on and claim 2" in 2 months. purely just to get off. And sorry, no i cant believe anybody claiming that amount in 2 months. Maybe up to 1" due to having bad eq to begin with, or a bad initial measurement. Where does all that cock come from in such little time like.

                      Congrats to the OP by the way. 2.5x1.5. did you say that you gained all that girth in the last 3 months?

                        Hi to all the replies.. but @always ready brek. The first inch in length took about 5 months with a little girth gain less than .5".. Before i started doing an adhoc non planned routine I started doing a planned routine 5 days on 2 off but i found that when i got to the third day my dick started to hurt. but without paying attention I kept on with the routine and during a stretch (down stretch after a set of up down left right) I felt a sharp pain on the right side of my dick and then the base started swelling really badly. After a little medical attention it was decided that I had torn a couple of minor veins around the Ischiocavernosus Muscle (either side of the Penis) and partially the muscle itself. After that healed which took about a month I then started looking at other excercises which is when i came across PEGYM. I decided that I would do ewhat i could when i felt like it and not stick to a routine. Some days I was doing maybe an hour hour and half of Jelq's, heli's, compressions all sorts of stuff, and other days just light stretches and some days nothing at all.

                        My girth in the last 3-4 months has mainly come from stretched Bends (40% erect then hold the gland with you palm covering the top of your penis and bend the penis back towards your balls and then towards you belly) while trying to kegel. Makes the penis plump up a lot. And everyone is asking a bout Supps.. I have used a few different one's in the past, but mainly Max Muscle Pro and Nitro ProMax with Holland & Barretts Creatine 500 tabs., lots of water, 3 mugs of Green tea and for those that are really interested sex at the moment is most days and the masturbation is only once a week (seems to help!!).

                        My gains are impressive, hell I am impressed. There are sceptics and there are beleivers. But I do beleive that this forum is about sharing and helping.

                              Well the secret I think is knowing when to stop and when to start. Everything i learnt as far as techniques and pitfalls i learnt from this forum so for everyone that contributes, I thank you.. and my wife thanks you!! (probably saved my marriage to be honest!!) Like i said, i had a couple of months at the beginning when I was feverishly reading everything that people were doing and trying to get the best gains to the point where i was doing so many different things it caused some damage and I had to just stop and look more at the science of it all. I saw a lot of people say that stretches in certain directions worked for them, or erect jelq's or semi erect jelq's, rotation stretches, compression, pumps.. all sorts of things that individually work differently depending on the structure of an individuals penis. I just do what i feel is right on the day, and depending on my circumstances, I mean, if I am at work and feel the need to do some stretches or jelq's, I am not going to crack out the gel's and lotions and go for it front of the mirror!!! Dry jelqs in the cubicle is fine... (which brings me to a point.. If your in any bathroom, anywhere in the world and you penis is soft and stretchy, spend a few more minutes on some stretches.. every little bit helps!!) There are certainly days when i cant do anything, it just doesnt feel right. There are days when i can stretch the thing to almost impossible lengths on other days. So for anyone that is wanting to try something different after several months of minimal gains then I cant give you an exercise routine to stick too because i dont work by one. I just go with what feels right at the time. You have to know yourself what feels right and if it doesnt then dont do it! My wife and some of my family think i have a penis fixation because I am constantly messing with it.

                              I dont think there is a hard fast rule .

                              And in reply to Miolner.... I call stressed intercourse where you are so eager to satisfy that it becomes a challenge or a chore to have sex, i often found myself having to concentrate so hard on maintaining my erections that I would come to early or concentrate on not coming and my tool would go semi. Now I know my wife just gasps at the size of what inside and all i have to do is enjoy it!! it still took a good 5 months though to go from 5.5" to 6.5", the big girth gains and extra 1.5" BPEL have only come in the last three months or so and i think that is more down to the fact I that my inferiority complex has gone completely and I am enjoying everything I am doing. I have reached a bit of a plateau now and the gains have slowed right down... but hey.. This is more than i could have wished for.

                              THis is exactly how i was doing my routine... I think somewhere along the way i let the "rigors" get to me and stopped listening to my body cues. I'm listening again and Starting to gain again. So much truth in action in this post!
