    Awesome gains! You pretty much doubled me up in the same amount of time "I didn't really know what i was doing for a few months though". We have the same school of thought about PE. You guys have to listen to what your cock is telling you! Don't just do a routine and set reps for the sake of doing a routine. Your dick will tell you when to train and when to stop.

    Congrats again man, and I hope to be in that 8" club very soon.

                  Congrats on the gains,very impressive. For what it's worth looking back at the 1st post, he said he would stretch some days 5-10 mins 4-5 time per day. At the most that is 50 mins scattered throughout the day. He also said he would jelq some days the same amount of time. From what i've read that amount of time seems pretty reasonable, when looking at some of the routines posted. In my very inexperienced and humble opinion scattering the mini sessions throughout the day seems like the ying to the all at once peoples yang. I just wish that i had a job that allowed me enough time and privacy to attempt this.

                    I think the best approach might be a combination of conventional wisdom and what has worked here. If you are a beginner, go ahead and do JP's 90 day workout with adequate time for warming up and down, jelqing, stretching, etc., but it also doesn't hurt to stretch or dry jelq a couple other times during the day. The key though is pay attention to how your unit is responding. It would probably be easy for beginners to overdo it using this approach, but I think it could be optimal provided you only do the extra workouts when you feel your unit can handle them.

                    Just hoping to put together one full month of actually sticking to a routine and go from there.

                      I identify totally with this approach--that is, listening to your body. I'm sure that's what I did back in the fall of 2003 and the winter of 2004. My gains were much the same as those of Stesmalltool: 2.5" to 3" x 1.5" most of which happened during months four and five. I started out so slowly, however, that I was able to condition my penis as I progressed to over two hours a day, seven days a week by my fourth month. I obviously stumbled onto the right routine for me.

                      This rigourous routine worked for me and several contributors to this thread. Not everyone has the time, the dedication, and the space to approach p.e. in this way. A few of us did. If you investigate the big gainers' stories and routines, such as those of Big Al, Jon Pop, Kingpole, even DLD, (all of whom gained manually from jelqing and stretching), I think you will find a common thread: they did not approach this endeavor lightly; in fact, I would bet they were on some level totally consumed by their p.e. routine. I know I was.

                        so can we jelq and stretch without warm up & down and baby oil and powder???? cause i think when we warm up our penis gonna be elastic and our cells and blood rooms too...so we can not hurt or how can i say contuse our cells so we can only expand our cells and after warm down when our pennis gonna go same temprature our blood rooms back to same size, we can not gain a real size..but if we do without warm up our stretches we can really hurt or destroy our cells and blood rooms in our penis..so they can heal after exercises so we can gain real size..But i do not mean that we can really hurt our penis , just little hurts that our body and penis can handle

                              Are you shit hammered right now? Yes some people do not warm up but I would not recommend it for an unconditioned penis.
