  • Well my goal is in my name.!
    I'm a little over 7 at the base on a great day and a little over 6 MEG. But MEG used to be a lot less. Its coming along !

        • Congratulations 7by72 , I myself am at a 5.75 EG girth. But going past 6 .. that's some girth . 6 is actually my goal for girth. My wife has pushed out 5 babies so she gobbles my new girth up greedily. My Current bpel is 7.75 & she takes that too . I am trying to get a 8bpel 6eg. I don't know if I'll try this move where as I saw a lot of girth success with Horizontal Movement Jelqing & Bundled stretches. But once again congratulations to YOU

                  • So I was searching girth exercises, last night and came across this thread, so I read back a few pages and figured out how to do this. And tonight was amazing, I got red dots, and my EQ was off the charts, definitely a part of the routine now. Don't knock it til you try it.

                    • This is quite interesting, I read the Whole thread. from the first post to the last. Took me a while to process and understand the technique and analyze and comprehend the procedures. I then fully assimilated the varied ways of where one can perform these exercises; whether it be a tub, a toilet, or a bed.

                      I recognize the risk of high injury level and it is a technique that is NOT recommended for beginners, or those who are in the intermediate level. This is a technique designed ONLY for advanced trainees who have a great level of time and experience performing PE. As their "members" have had the years of conditioning; and have gone through the physical stress, force, and tension that have caused them to get used to the abuse of the many months of Penile Exercising.

                      I am currently a beginner in the PE realm, and reading this entire thread about the rapid increase in Girth Gains and effectiveness of this technique, like many new members who have read this; I'm also exited to try it out. HOWEVER, this is an advanced technique. I am currently in the beginner's phase. I still need to pass this, and I still need to overcome the intermediate level, and with time and dedication; reach the advanced state.

                      Like many new members eager to try this, and those who make the mistake of not being patient and fail to listen to the warnings of this exercise being an advanced technique and the high risk of possible injury; It is NOT my moment yet. There is still too much that has to be done. Too many stair steps that have to be stepped first. There are still Beginner's workouts, then intermediate level techniques that have to be performed to reach the advanced level required to perform this ADVANCED technique.

                      I will be looking forward to trying this out once I'm in the advanced state in the future, and if there are improvements and upgrades that make this technique more effective and efficient; only time will tell.

                      In the mean time, it was an interesting read. It was informative reading of members trying it out and some posting their results.

                        Most of the pressure starts at the base. But when you rock back it jelqs the pressure toward the glans.

                        You say it is slowly moving up the shaft. I try to avoid that and focus to get only the base girth.

                        Would you say the growth moving up the shaft, is due to the exercise, or is it cause you do other exercises to achieve that?

                        What would you do to only gain base girth?

                        • So far I have not gained a lot mid shaft from this ; so I would say this exercise alone would do it.
                          However I would like to take the size at base on up to at least mid length. I do love the gasp when the full girth and length goes in though.

                          • I'm kinda new to this exercise, but can say I feel full length results. But I go really slow, like each rep taking a minute maybe longer. And my meg is getting substantial amount of growth, after my full routine, I'll be 5.1 at the base and 5.25 at meg and 5 under the glans, which is ridiculously larger than I could ever get. After a session with my old routine I'd be a uniform 5. Also I'm getting some long term results as well, I went up .1 in the 2 weeks I've been doing it. So well see what happens after I hit the 3 month mark.

                            • I tried it today and what happens is that there is a bend that is moved back and forth with differentiating blood expansion at and right before and after the bend. The bend occurs almost exclusivly at the base.
                              It has more dimensions and attack points then doing similar with just the hands in a BTC type of bend.

                              Almost impossible to recreat with just the hands at least for the base.
                              I dont want to know how you came up with this lol

                              I got a rather natural midsection bigger then base and head. I think it came through erections during puberty while beeing bend in tight trousers. Not unsimilar to the exercise described here just without the back and forth rocking/jelqing and weight.

                              Could you not do at least a similar movement for sections up from the base?
                              Bend and jelq/jerk a semi erection while hold with the other hand or ok grip below the bend?

                              • Just wanted to say Thank you 7by72b. I seriously lacked girth(4.5in, :-( sucks, I know) and have been looking for ways to help me. This by far is the best way. I don't post much, just read up all over to help be figure out how to get my little one bigger. I'm posting here to let people know I have had success in a short while. I have gone from 4.5 girth to 4.8 in 2 weeks. I have been doing PE for two years, I have great length at 7.3 bpel but just lack the girth. My willy looks long and skinny. I want to get to at least a 6inch girth. My fiancé is currently 6 months pregnant, sex has stopped due to high risk pregnancy (doctor recommendation). So I am taking this time to build my Willy to surprise her.
