    That being said :
    You do this while 50-70 % erect.
    If I did it on a toilet seat I would let my balls be hanging over the front of the seat not over the water.
    Tuck your dick between your balls and sit on the base area while leaning forward then slowly sit up allowing your weight to force blood toward your glans.
    Rock it back and forth and you are doing it.

    • Sorry I have been away for a couple days.
      Your dick would be on top and balls to either side. How far to the side would depend on your ball size and how much room in your scrotum you have. This will stretch it too.
      No I can't see how you could get "baseball bat" dick with this. Totally opposite results are what I got. My base grew hugely and growth area is slowly moving up the shaft.
      Most of the pressure starts at the base. But when you rock back it jelqs the pressure toward the glans.

      • This is really intense, I think I'm going to do 2-3 minute sets once or twice a week... last time I did 10 minutes my EQ went to a 3-4!!! the next day I couldn't have sex, I tried and failed, was a vary big bummer, but I love this exercise, it feels great and holds lots of potential

            • Sounds kinda the same as that position.

              As far as uncircumcised guys ; it should work as well as ling as you liberally lube up and reapply.
              You aren't just sliding but using your body weight to jelq with.
              If you are not well conditioned be extra careful trying this. I named it xxxtreme for a good reason.

                    • This definitely increases the "bottom" .
                      Looking down on it ( the bottom being the side you don't see ) if you were sticking straight out.
                      I don't know what would round the top unless it would be a pump or maybe jelqing if you put pressure more on the sides.

                        I just read this entire thread, once I finish JP90 and have conditioned myself, I'm going to attempt this (if I'm fully understanding how it works, I think I do).

                        • Thanks. I had my best workout ever with this a few days ago. I am going for longer duration to move expansion up the shaft.
                          Last time it looked like a mini doughnut under the glans when I relaxed to flaccid. Great expansion but no soreness or other bad p i 's !
                          I'm still going for 7" entire length as girth.

                          • This exercise looks like it might have promise for guys who need more girth. If I am reading this right your base girth was 5.8 and went up to 7. You did not give a mid shaft girth or gain any size mid shaft. Correct? Any BPEL gains?

                            • 7by72b trying to achieve 7" girth is impressive! Most here would not advise to do that. I'm 6.3" BEG and 5.75" near glans. I have wondered what it would be like to be 7". I think the stats are that only 1 in 100 men have girth that huge.

                              • I tried this exercise today for about four 10 min. sessions and my unit feels fatigued and that never happens for me no matter how many reps I do of any exercise I've tried. He is battle hardened.
                                Now I don't know if this is good fatigue or bad, time will tell.
                                And my old tub made back in the 60's is only three and a half inches wide at the top. That makes it easier to get the big boys out of the way.
