JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • Look E2. The routine is well designed to give you maximum conditioning for your penis to go on to advanced exercises. If you feel that it is too much, do what you feel is comfortable.
    Serious gains, require serious dedication and work.

      I have some specific questions.

      The left and right circles during the stretching, should I do them upward after the upward stretch? same for straight out and down? or should I do them straight out for all stretching movements?

      Can I do the vjelqs at around 80% erections? What's most recommended?...i'm usually at 80% for vjelqs..it's a bit hard to keep it more limp.

      For vjelqs..would 1 rep be a left, straight and right movement? How long should the vjelq be? 5 seconds each direction?

      I've started taking the supplements... L-Lysine & L-Arginine 1/2 before breakfast, the rest after breakfast. I had some stomach issues the first couple of days but today I was good...probably normal.

      • Um...can you do some of this stuff lying down on your back? I cannot stand still for more than a minute w/o increasing pain (back problems).

          eh, im new in PE, and i have a few questions.
          ive been looking at two routines that interest me, yours and King Pole's
          so i notice they extremely similar, except the amount of jelqs.
          so my questions: for "wet" jelqs, is vaseline an appropriate lube, and i read in some post that dry jelqs help more with girth?
          at the end, do you cool down, or warm down?
          then i intend to do kegels, to help stamina, but what exactly is edging? like masterbating or jelqing with an erect penis, and its ok to ejaculate at the end?, i know there are several theories on this, but i would like to know from your experience?
          i have a curved penis, so when im doing those jelqs, is it ok if i jelq to the side, to kinda fix the curve (or would that fuck up my log)?
          Is it better to do days (off, on) or like ever mon, wed,fri or tues, thus, sat, or weekdays yes weekends no? (whats over working)

          and my most important question, i calculated my log, and its 12. so in my favor, im only concerned with erect length and girth
          so i have right now 5.5in EL, and a 4.5 EG. , Now do you honestly think its possible to get > 6.5 EL, and >5 EG in 5 months?
          i eat healthy, do excercise no smoke no drink but i really dont want to take extra suplements if it will help me achieve my goal then i will but ya, what do you think?

          • Today I had my first session doing this routine... and things started to look a bit bad when I was doing the V-Jelqs. Even though I wasn't fully erect, my penis felt "chubby" or hard.. and I couldn't get an erection at the end of the session. I think the workout was too much for me... Now, I'm a bit worried because the head of my penis is feeling weird, like there is some kind of "sharp pain"-ish feeling in the head. Oh crap.

              • Sorry for asking stupid question, but I am very new to this forum and these exercises.
                Many thanks to JonPop for posting this routine for newbies. But i was wondering if there is any video or detailed post that explains how to do following;
                a. Kegel
                b. Jelquing
                c. V Jelqs
                d. Helicopter Shakes.

                As i said earlier, the question may sound stupid! Any help is appreciated.

                  A kegel is simply flexing the PC muscle. To find the PC muscle, the next time you urinate, cut off your urine stream. That's the PC muscle and what you should be flexing when you kegel.

                  Helicopter shakes are simply spinning your penis around in a circle to increase bloodflow to the head of the penis.

                  • I can't say I'm getting it at all.

                    LOT (Loss of Tug) - OK, stretch your cock in several directions and flex the muscle that you use to stop your stream (trying each direction). It's hard to tell, as it is much the same as clenching your asshole to me, but "deaper". How long do you do that for? I can stop my stream for as long as I want (uncomfortable, though). Are you supposed to feel this "tug back" during or after this exercise?

                    EDIT: Also, how important are the suplamenets?

                      You can do them hanging upside down if you like , however that would inhibit blood flow which is important. Lying down is fine.

                        Not JP here but a successful student of the master.

                        Vaseline is petroleum based and though slippery won't help your unit otherwise but dry it out. Use a good Vitamin E/aloe lotion which will enhance skin regeneration.
                        Some people cool down but Warm downs seem to be most popular and effective.
                        Edging is masterbating to the PONR (point of no return) and holding it. Letting it subside then doing it again. This strengthens your ability to control climax. Yes after as long as you can stand it blow the load and take the edge off.
                        jelging against the curve is a good idea.
                        Forget your LOT right now its no big deal. Concentrate on stretching 360 degrees. (All angles)
                        Supplements are extremely important and will speed up progress as well as keep your unit healthy.
                        I went from 6 1/4 to a bit over 7 in 3 months and I'm 46, what do you think you can do?

                          pay attention and keep good blood flow to the glans. You may have overgripped a bit. Did you warm up, as jelging cold would cause something similiar to what you described. Take whatever time needed to recover then start back with less tension and more care.

                              Forget about LOT right now, its no big deal. Supplements however, are a huge deal so make sure you take the recommended sups and vitamins.
