When I started three months ago, I couldn't hold a kegel for more than a couple of seconds either. Now I can hold it for as long as I want. You'll get better with practice. Don't fret! Ron, 500 Kegels a week is plenty enough to start. Finish the full 90 days and then go off and do whatever you want. Your penis will be fully conditioned for any exercises you might want to try.

Pensil, welcome to the PE Gym. The amount you gain is in direct proportion to the amount of effort/time you are willing to make/devote to PE. Exercise in ALL directions. Good luck.

This looks like a great routine.
I started it on Monday and Tuesday and I have a few questions.
For the LOT, I feel a mild tug at 9:00 and a stronger tug at 12:00. Does this mean I should jelq at 12:00? Should I be doing the circle stretching and helicopter shakes at 12:00?
For the 10 circle stretches, should I kegel as well?
For uncut guys, do you jelq with the foreskin pulled back or should I jelq with the foreskin? I'm assuming with, so the skin stretches as well???
For VJELQS...should the erection be 60-70% like the jelqS?
For VJELQS...do you excercise left-center-right? Would all 3 directions be 1 repitition?
For the first two days, I did a total of 50 wet jelqs and 30 vjelqs. I'm a bit paranoid of overworking out and causing injury. Has anyone had any issues starting off with 150 wets and 90 v jelqs?
After the VJELQS...should I do any stretching or maybe heli shakes?
How many hours should I wait to have sex/ejaculate?

This is an excellent routine......You have the same LOT as me. I do the bulk of my jelging at 12 but do mix it up down to 9 and 6 occasionally as well as left and right with no problems. Do the stretching at all positions 360 degrees.Originally posted by d99 View PostJonPop and others...

If you can get some right now get it man!! Though you may find out your unit needs more time to recover for sex, the only way to find out is go for it. I've been on it since a few days prior to 15 May 09 and I don't count those first few days as I was clumsy in my routine. I feel I have got it down but havent noticed any changes as of yet, measuring is Friday so I will see then. I added 30 JAI stretches and did the stretching twice over befire the jelqs. Have you followed the routine on page 1 exactly?26/04/09

I did the first few weeks and I was using too much force, then started experimenting slightly adding more stretches and more jelgs with less force.
