Your welcome. I can't imagine doing 625 Kegels at each 4 way stretch. I think you'd probably break something with 2,500 Kegels in one session.

No LOT
This is my first week and I have been following your program diligantly. I seem no not have a LOT after the second kegel on neither the 6 nor 9. I believe yousaid it would help a great deal if one would hang. My question is this, should we do hanging if we are new to this, if so then how do we ago about it. If not, then when is it safe to try after the ninety day of after the first month, second etc.

No, do not do stretches for a warm down. Once you have completed the routine, that's it for the day. Anything more will be overworking. A good hot wrap at the end is a good thing.
