        • My question is, When you say stretch and do 25 quick kegals, count to 25.
          Do you mean hold each kegal for 25 seconds, or do all 25 of them in 25 seconds.

            • Lol thanks man, just started out with pe today, did this routine but i took the stretch kegels to be 25 seconds each.... and there was nothing quick about it lol, thanks again.

              • Your welcome. I can't imagine doing 625 Kegels at each 4 way stretch. I think you'd probably break something with 2,500 Kegels in one session.

                      This is my first week and I have been following your program diligantly. I seem no not have a LOT after the second kegel on neither the 6 nor 9. I believe yousaid it would help a great deal if one would hang. My question is this, should we do hanging if we are new to this, if so then how do we ago about it. If not, then when is it safe to try after the ninety day of after the first month, second etc.

                      • Should we do stretches for the warm down as well or just wrap it up with a hot cloth?
                        Starting Length - 6" Starting Girth - (Not measured yet)

                        NBPEL - 6'' Current Girth - (Not measured yet)

                        Goal Length - 8 and 1/2" Goal Girth - Undecided

                        • No, do not do stretches for a warm down. Once you have completed the routine, that's it for the day. Anything more will be overworking. A good hot wrap at the end is a good thing.

                          • So I should be seeing results from doing these stretches and exercises in 90 days??

                            Would using something like "Static Stretcher" help me gain in length quicker or it really doesn't matter or not recommended???

                              • But I'm going overseas and I will not have access to any of these equipments where I'm going!
                                So shall I buy a "STatic stretcher"??
                                I'll be gone close to a year!
