Look below at my stats for JP's 90 day beginner routine. I'm on a break now but as soon as its over I'm back on JP's routine again. Instead of doing Wet Jelqs, may I do Dry jelqs instead? I seem to get more of an effect from Dry Jelqing. Please let me know and thanks in advance.As of Jan. 3rd 2010

Welcome to the PE Gym, Voltaire. This is your preference. Myself, I feel that I get a better Jelq and movement of the blood bulge, sliding up the shaft with the wet Jelq. Appreciate it. I have been to this page before, its' just been quite awhile. Probably a couple years if not longer. I occasionally did stretches and kegels from time to time but never set up a program nor started one to stick to. I achieved gains just from stretching and kegeling alone. Recently started Jelqing and it has definitely felt like I've done more of a workout afterwards, so now ima try all in one as your program insists.
I have a question. I have done kegels on and off for nearly 2 years. It seems now when I do a kegels I don't really feel like I am doing one unless I do an intense one. Which is hard to do throughout the day. And, when I do the intense ones or the ones where you just hold the kegel.. the following day or two my flaccid length and girth both shrink, very noticeably. Is it due to the kegels? Not sure if I'm the only one with this problem. When I don't do them, my flaccid is normal. I don't really do kegels no more. When I have an erection and try to do kegels my erection goes away, that also normal? I have heard of people doing kegels until they get an erection, I have never achieved this as well. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, Idk. If you know of anything, could really use some advice. Thanks man. I will keep everyone updated with my progress on your program.As of Jan. 3rd 2010

Your stretches in theis program Jon Pop are also very simular to mine. I also kegeled while stretching holding that stretch out for at least 30 seconds perhaps longer. Now i started out with a 12 o:clock LOT. But i did the test wrong i was really a 6 O:clock LOT.

Mine has. I've moved from 6:00 up to about 8:30-9:00.
