Be sure to retract your foreskin towards the base or before setting a stretch to ensure it doesn't interfere with the exercise. For jelqs, you might also opt you use a generous amount of lube to prevent interference.

I really doesn't make much of a difference whether you are circumcised or not. The guy in the videos demonstrating these exercises is circumcised and as you will see there's nothing special that you will need to do.
basic penis stretch

It's best if you can do it all in one session but if it's a matter of time constraints or convenience then it's not that big of a deal if you have to split it up.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

But due to time constraint in the toilet (living with family sharing 1 toilet) i can only do the following..
Initially i was just doing warm up and jelq 2 x 50 rep against the curve but see no result but right now i'm doing Flaccid Bends 3 x 30 sec and jelq 2 x 50 against the curve and hopefully i can see slight improvements

hey there
im new here and im abit confused on the loss of tug? i feel it tug back fully at 12 o clock but i dont feel it tug back at 9 o clock or 6 o clock so what will be my loss of tug 6 or 9 o clock? thanks
