JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

  • JUst use your wrist with the same motion as twirling a key chain. Your dick will go in a fast small circle. This forces blood back into the penis especially the glans after doing stretches where you are gripping behind the glans, to pull out.

      For kegal, should i do 100 (3~5 sec) rep every other day on top of your routine?

      When should I take colostrum?

        No. If you do the routine as written, you are doing 100 Kegels. If you do 5 on and 2 off, that's 500 Kegels a week. This is plenty to start.
        As far as colostrum? Don't know. Somebody else will have to answer that.

          This is just my opinion, my own observation and a determination.

          I have always been an advocate of doing PE 5 days, with 2 days off for growth and healing. Whenever asked I always state this. This has been my advice in my Beginners Routine and I have followed this myself during the many months I have been doing Penis Exercises. I still recommend this cycle, especially for those new to PE.

          I am now changing my thinking on this, at least where MY routine is concerned.

          I'm sure that I'm not the only one that this happens to. So I'll try and get to the point.

          I have noticed for quite awhile now, that when doing my PE in the mornings, one day, maybe two, three days in a row, I'll have a great PE session. Everything working, great workout, penis responded to what you were doing, you know the feeling. Then, the next day, nothing. The routine doesn't go well, so you give up, chalking it up to being too tired, not in the mood, mind is somewhere else, etc. And yet, wanting to stay in my routine, I'll keep trying untill I finally quit in frustration.

          I have been charting this for the past few months and paying attention to these "Down Days" as I call them......

          Hi. I'm new and I have a question for you. Hope you can advise me. I am doing a 4 day (Mon,Wed, Friday, Sun) PE workout per week to start including all the excercises you and the book suggested for a newbe. I have one week under my belt. I do this PE workout in the morning on those days...

          My question is:
          Can I do a great session of PE, then put my penis in traction with an extender for 3-6 hours? Then call it quits for the day? I am highly motivated but don't want to neccecarily overdue.

          Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks

          • I need a piece of advice from someone who really knows the topic. This is my story: I started jelqing abuot three weeks ago, warm up with hot shower, stretching, 300 jelqs(1sec), warm down for 5 minutes with hot shower. I train 6 days a week(last week 4 times.)Generally i was satisfied, but it hurt sometimes and now my penis gets stiff. But not all the time. Now it's been my 2nd day off, cause i found this forum and got to know that the days off are necessary. What should I do now? Get some more days off, wait untill penis is ok, and start to train again 6 days a week? or something? Could anyone help me?Thanks in advance.

              I just ordered multi-vitamins, super b-complex, L-arg, L-lysine, zinc, and colostrum.
              I have 3 questions about supplement consumption, it'd be great if you can answer them.

              3.i fast for 24 hours once or twice a week as well, would that affect my penis growth and/or supplement consumption?

              crossed out the first 2 questions I just read through the whole thread and found the answers on page 11. However what about number 3?

                Maybe JP was a little busy with his Novel (Just kidding looking forward for the next issue of the Knight), your fasting won't affect your gain, it just for one day. I have read that it might increase some hormones that might actually help your PE. can't find the thread though..                 • Question on the 90 day routine

                  JonPop,

                  I am on the second week of your 90 day routine. I split the 5 on two off like this.
                  (Mon, Tues, Wed--On Thurs--Off Friday, Sat--On Sun--Off)
                  I think I need a break after 3 days, Then two. Is this split OK for the 90 day routine? I would try to mix the routine up so you keep your penis guessing.

                  Also, I do my PE session in the morning.. Then I wear an extender or ADS stretcher for 3-4 hours during workout days. Is this OK? or will it hinder my progress? I would say that this is okay as long as you don't cut off the circulation to the penis.

                  I also do a light evening stretching (No Jelqing) session that includes the A-stretch, internal stretch, rotating stretch, and flaccid bend. I kegal up to 150 x daily. Are the additional stretches OK? I always tried to incorporate more stretches into my routine, I don't beleive extra stretches can harm your routine.

                  Can you please comment on this to give me some insight? My progress seems to be going well but I'm fairly new so maybe not.

                  • This is how i do my V-Jelqs, please let me know if I am wrong.

                    It's 2 strokes with first stroke using my left hand and second stroke using my wrong hand. First rep, I slide up with my left hand from the base to glans using the V-grip and then I start with my right hand sliding up(I release my left hand after I START sliding up with my right). For my second rep, I do the same thing with the left hand, but the right hand will be sliding diagonally to the left side(if sliding up is 90 degrees, then it'd be 45 degrees). Then my third rep, my left hand slides up, then my right hand will be sliding diagonally to the right side(135 degrees). Then I repeat.

                      I got confuse it's a 3 jelq with this direction \|/, penis pointing at 12 o'clock, V grip and 40% erection. Your lucky you got a video^^ it's take me a long time before I can find it, but its all worth while Penis Enlargement Gym - V-Jelq

                            A V jelq won't be a V jelq unless you complete the 3 jelq.. It means 3 jelq (stroke) equals to one rep of V Jelq.

                              • no it just means the ligaments in ur pubic area arent loose...since ur beginning it'll be like that for awhile
