    From what I've heard jelqing should be all you need. Just after the 90 days slowly increase the time spent a day and the intensity. If you have internet access the guys here can probably help you set a new routine.

    • Hi im new and i have been doing a pe routine for 2 weeks now
      im doing 2 days on 1 day rest

      10 min warmup
      20 second stretches all sides 0-20% erect with several kegels
      2 sets of 20 rep JAI stretches
      140 wet jelqs
      egding
      hot shower for warm down

      its only been 2 weeks so im not surprised that i havent seen gains yet
      but i was wondering if this routine is okay or too intense for me

        I've just started routine and found that i have a problem. Well maybe it's not a problem, maybe I'm blessed, depends how you look at it. Thing is I got excited very easy and my 'tool' turns rock hard, and stays hard for long time. As u recomend that stretches and jelqs should not be done at 100% erection, how could i solve this problem? I was wondering maybe to do a routine shortly after mastrubating once, since then i can keep erection on 60-80% level for some time.

        About kegel routine and premature ejaculation-I've read some guides and posts, and I've concluded that I have quite strong PE muscle since I can start to urinate and then stop at any given time and continue or just walk away, it really doesn't matter to me. I've tried to hold ejaculation but didn't suceed, however it didn't 'shot out' it just went out in a slow stream and couple drops. I'm wondering is this a good thing and can I hope to improve it with doing kegel routine?

        • All i can suggest is to wait a bit until your wood subsides, with time you will learn to control it, i certainly have.

          Definately keep up the kegels and yes it will improve over time

              • Roc. The good thing in all of this is; The longer you do PE, the more your dick will get used to the feelings and it won't seem so much like masturbation. If you have to snap one off, to maintain a 50-60% erection, go ahead. Even 30-40% is ideal for Jelqing.

                  Greetings, I have been reading this forum for awhile now without registering. I finally did. My question what does the v-jelqs do compared to the regular wet jelqs? When you complete the workout are you supposed to feel sore each time? I have been doing this routine now for over two weeks, initially I felt sore but now I am not feeling it after the workout.

                  • Gets2424, welcome to the PE Gym. The "V" Jelqs are just one of the exercises. Added together, they will give you the desired results.

                    That you are no longer getting sore means that you are achieving conditioning for your penis.
                    Stay with what you are doing for the full 90 days, even if you don't feel anything after a workout. You will see gains.

                    • Just a quick thought. How many of us are influenced by porno films when it comes to deciding how big or small we are? And given that many women watch porn, are they influenced by it in wanting a bigger portion of sausage?

                      • What would be really good to see would be pictures. Showing us the ideal erection level for jelqing, jelqing exercises, what to avoid, good little tips, just stuff like that.

                        I know you guys can be descriptive. But us newbs find it hard to follow when you say stuff like "30% erection level".

                          I have some questions....

                          I read in this site that masturbation contributed to not obtaining the most gains in comparison to the group of men who did not masterbute as often, and to be more precise, the men who ejaculated the least gained the most of all groups. Then I read a post in this thread that he was commiting himself to having less masturbations and sex (I would imagine to have the most gains possible). Is this necessary, or can one still have sex and masturbate after a couple of hours and not interfear with the results. It would be extremely hard to go and have an orgasm a week, since I am not that experience with PE and I do not know how to have dry orgasms yet.

                          I do the routine in the morning, and we like to have sex at night to put us to sleep. I feel this is "safe" to say that it will not affect the results, am I not correct? It is during this time that I practice edging and I believe that eventhough I am new to PE it is safe to try even before I finish the 90 day routine. This should not affect the growth process just enhance our sexual encounter.

                          Next question is I read in this site of a lube called BIO OIL that was very good for doing PE but that post was back in 2004. I am using Baby Oil with Aloe Vera and Vitamin E, and it is a bit messy. I was wondering if there is anything newer in the market that might be better than the Body Oil with by now that we can use, that can help me since my penis is becoming darker due to the heat in both the warm ups and warm downs with a hot rag. If I can substitute to another lube that will aid my skin to stay more its natural color.

                          I am just starting my second week with PE, but I can feel a fuller penis in its flacid state. I kegel constantly and I have seen great improvement in my EQ.

                          I hope that someone can answer my doubts and I look forward for the longer lasting and more intense orgasms that I will be providing.

                          • jzgk, don't let PE get in the way of having sex. There was a survey done that indicated that less masturbation made for better gains, but 1) the difference in gains is so small it's not worth giving up the sex and 2) the poll data may be skewed because of such a small amount of men that did not masturbate very often (less than once a month).

                            I've tried going without masturbating and masturbating every day, and I've seen no change in the rate of my gains.

                              Thanks DA So far I have not allowed that to happen because of the time difference, betwen my PE session and the actual act. Like most people in here I too believe it is about having a better sex life, and that comes with practice and improving your tools.

                              • Tried this for the first time yesterday - still got a slightly larger hanging flaccid!

                                I have been doing a different, more basic routine for 2 months and just thought i'd try this. It really did feel like i'd worked out without overtraining as I had no negatives!
