      And, I totally don't understand this: 'Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
      Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these.'

      And, is this the right place to be posting such queries, and right way to be finding answers?

          Ok. 2 last questions. I'm almost clear.

          Can you link me to V Jelq examples? And, is there a library of such guide videos as the ones you posted?

          Also, I am confused about reverse kegels. Do you do them in the routine at the same time as the normal kegels, so, kegel then reverse kegel (25 each)? Or do you do them at the end, separately?

            If you scroll down in the Penis Exercises link at the top of the page you will find video links to the various exercises.

            Do the kegels/reverse kegels separately at a 60/40 ratio.

              i'm into this routine since about 3 weeks, and i'm going to take measure in two days or so
              I want to know if i'm doing the routine right; i know that the method is to based on various PIs, but i can't see much of them (only the neutral one : "larger flaccid hang lasting from couple of minutes to hours" immediately after the workout) in order to my night and morning woods aren't been there for months.
              So i don't know if is too soon for taking information from PIs or if i'm doing it right.
              [I'm doing the exact same routine was written by JonPop (2 days on / 1 day off for now.)]

              • 3 weeks is too soon to see any noticeable results. You can slowly start increasing the intensity and volume over the 90 of this program. If you start to see negative PI's then that's a sign that you are at the point of overworking it and need to back your routine down to the level where your PI's were last positive.

                  • This routine was the greatest thing to happen to me when it comes to PE. I’m not even finished with the program, but anyone starting out I’d highly recommend it

                      • Hello, I’m new and have not restarted as of yet. I just found the beginner routine when I was about to try this again. I tried jelqing about a month or so earlier and may have lightly hurt myself. I’m definitely recovered now though and want to start again. I have a question about (LOT) loss of tug. I tried and tested in all directions, I don’t have a lot. I can tug back in all directions is this going to be a rocky start. I do keegals now and again already could that be why? Does this mean my ligs are really tight and I’m going to have a hard time getting any results or do I need to do something added to my beginning excersises. I’m waiting to find out what this means so I do it right and don’t hurt my self again. Thanks for your help

                          Don't worry about you LOT for now. Just do your stretching in all directions as described in the beginner routines.

                          The LOT is a theory used to determine if you have potential gains to be made by stretching the ligs out. These gains come easier than tunica gains so if your ligs are high and tight then you have a higher potential for gains by stretching them out.

                          This question has been asked a lot and it's my opinion that a lot of time guys are not doing it right. Another test you can do to determine your potential lig gains is the Mirror and Palpation Tests. With this test you can see and feel if there are lig gains to be made.

                          • Wait so if i stop getting erections from the exercises that JonPop listed,,,,,, doesnt that mean i will have lower sensitivity ??? Plus, can the experienced guys here let me know if they have less sensitivity now compared to how they were before they began PE ?

                              • Hello, I am new here and this is my first post. Though, I have been following this website for past 6 weeks. I am currently into second week of JP90.
                                Few months back I discovered that I had magnesium deficiency and took supplements (self medicated). Since then I have improved my overall health and penis health. The girth gains I got was mind blowing. Earlier, I was suffering from both pre e and mild Ed. I also suffer from grade 2/3 varicocele in left testicle. I have studied pf floor threads and currently practice RK and Hindi squats as I perform quite a few involuntary kegels. My Ed is now gone and pre e has improved as I am trying not to kegel while masturbating.
                                My question is if I continue with JP90 without kegeling while stretching, will I see results? I read somewhere people with varicocele should not do pre e but I have not had any problem in past two weeks and my Johnny feels good after pe.
